Golf and Gambling
Me and my brother come to visit Washington Pennsylvania once a year. We like to enjoy the casino and also golf at the local golf courses. This is our fourth year in a row. This hotel is excellent and always lives up to my expectations. It is also super convenient that it is attached to the casino. We always have a great time!
Move on!!
No hot water, no room cleaning (they just leave new towels) and internet keeps dropping- all this at a suite room. Really not worth it.
Great Hotel
Great location and price. Clean and everything worked. Beds are soft. Easy to move around. Parking in the garage was easy.
Go to lodging
Our go to lodging when visiting this area. Access to shopping and entertainment. Well stocked eating establishment the Parlay Lounge.
Night away
My husband and I went for a night to celebrate our anniversary. It was an enjoyable evening. Dinner at the Casino was great. The band playing that evening was wonderful. Good music, nice atmosphere and relaxing. Our room was relaxing and comfortable.
Worn down
The hotel is a bit worn down. The restaurant/bar attached was not the cleanest plase, but the staff was very nice. All over just worn down feeling, looking and vibe.

A Great Stay at Hyatt Place at Hollywood Casino
The Hyatt Place at Hollywood Casino Pittsburgh is among the nicest hotels in the area offering comfortable and clean rooms. They have a great staff that go above and beyond expectations. Thank you, Hyatt, for such a wonderful hotel.

Personal stay at Hyatt/Meadows/Casino
Always a great experience however, if you request a specific room and floor, don’t use online check-in because you won’t get it. You only get first available which is usually not what you’ve requested. And if you’re not a member, you have to pay almost $15 for the breakfast per person

Exceptional
The view was great. The room was clean and everything was working. The amenities supplied was a great gesture. The service was beyond my expectations.

West Pittsburgh Stopover
The facility is near a huge shopping outlet Tangiers didn't have time check it out. The 4th floor is where you'll want to be. They actually gave me a choice I chose the 4th not knowing it was the access floor to the casino. I hadn't plan to go and didn't so my exploring nature didn't get fulfilled on that visit! Next time for sure. An adventure awaits!

Fun girls night!
Room was very Spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly. We easily fit 3 of us in the room. Convenient to the casino.

No water, no communication
Upon check-in I was not informed the water was not working. I found out when got into my room and tried to take a shower. When I called the front desk, the person informed me the water would not be available for a few hours. When I asked why they didn't tell me that when I checked in 10 minutes prior, they didn't respond, no apology, no response at all. The thermostat has an over-ride, so good luck adjusting to a temperature that is comfortable for you. I kept adjusting it, but the temp stayed the same with the fan on high. The room was fairly clean. The hotel is newer but very worn out and not well maintained.

Nice Place but Beware of Restaurant Access Restrictions
Hotel was clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Beware, if you plan on staying here and utilizing the restaurant by the casino, just know if you have teens or kids under 21 you will not be able to go into the restaurant as they will not allow you to walk through. Makes no sense that they don't have any other access other than from inside the casino.

There are actually a lot of restaurant options right here along Racetrack Rd., and even more just up the street in downtown Washington. Our on-site Parlay Lounge is a full service restaurant located right just off of the hotel lobby and is also family-friendly. We hope you will visit us again soon.
Great Service and location
The location is great for services and restaurants as well as casino. Atmosphere is good as expected. Rooms are comfortable, clean and roomy and very well priced. Everyone at front desk was courteous and professional. Kyle at the front desk was incredibly helpful, friendly and went out of his way to assist in any way he could.

Great hotel attached to casino
This hotel is great for the stay that we had when going to the casino. The room is nice and spacious. Each room comes with a fridge and microwave. They have a small pool and a small fitness room as well. The breakfast in the morning? Eh? not the quality that it was a few years ago. They do have eggs, sausage, pancakes, yogurt, bagels and toast. If you have time, go to the casino and have brunch at the Sportsbook. It is much much better. Overhall, this is a nice Hyatt with friendly helpful staff.

Great Time Spent at a Great Hotel
Amazing Hotel from the beautiful Lobby, Breakfast Area, Parlay Lounge, walkway to the Hollywood Casino and the Beautiful Spacious Room. All the staff were friendly and always smiling.

Overall nice experience
Overall good experience. The rooms were clean. The hotel common areas were clean. The pool was nice and also clean. The customer service was great. Friendly and attentive.The Parlay lounge has great food as well.

Clean Basic Room
Room was clean and comfortable. I was given the choice of floor. Shower was not draining properly. Front desk said they would send someone to fix it. It appeared an effort was made but the tub did not drain any better. All in all it was a clean room with adequate amenities but nothing special.

Stay here for the easy access and nothing else.
Hotel relies too mch on the convenient access to the casino. Place i shabby at best. Even worse this time than in the past.

It was a wedding
Attended a wedding room block. Breakfast was included in room rate otherwise would have passed—over priced and not very good. Rooms were OK; a little bit dated, and tub could stand to be regrouped. Free in room coffee. No waters. Possible to walk to casino over covered walkway, but it’s a long walk and not heated. Surprisingly cool on an August night. Fun to watch horses training on track during the day. I would explore other options if in the area again.
