Hotel Policies

Check-In & Check-Out Policy

Check-In: 3:00 PM

Guests are welcome to check in starting at 3:00 PM local time. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Guests arriving before the designated check-in time are encouraged to enjoy our hotel amenities while we prepare their accommodations.

Check-Out: 12:00 PM

All guests must check out by 12:00 PM local time on their departure date. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Guests who fail to check out by the designated time without prior approval may be subject to a late departure fee.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Requests

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed and are based on availability. An early check-in fee before 12pm local time of an equivalent to 50% of the daily room rate will apply. After 12pm, a $25.00 early check-in fee will apply.

Fees may apply depending on the length of the requested extension or late check-out. Up to $100 late check-out fee may apply for departures past 1:00 PM.

Guests should contact the front desk in advance for any special requests regarding check-in and check-out times.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy may vary depending on the rate, booking, and dates of your reservation. Kindly refer to your reservation confirmation for the specific cancellation terms. Should you require further assistance, please contact the hotel directly at (928) 433-6930 and press "0" to be connected with the front desk. No-shows forfeit no less than one night's room and tax.

Room Damage Policy

Guests are responsible for any damage to the room, furniture, fixtures, or linens that exceeds normal wear and tear. Charges for repairs, replacements, or deep cleaning will be assessed based on the extent of the damage and applied at the hotel's discretion.

Quiet Hours

Our hotel has a quiet-hours policy in effect from 10 p.m.–6 a.m. During this time, excessive noise is not permitted. This includes but is not limited to loud music or entertainment, shouting, running, propping open of room doors, or any other activity that may be disruptive to other guests. Guests and visitors found to be causing a disruption will be given one courtesy warning. Should the disruption continue, guests and visitors may be subject to eviction and a noise complaint fee of no less than $250.

Privacy Policy

For guests utilizing the “Presently Occupied” sign: At Hyatt, the welfare and safety of our guests and colleagues is a top priority. Hyatt Place Flagstaff may enter any occupied room at a minimum of once within a 24-hour period, even if a guest has requested privacy.

Smoking Fee Policy

Hyatt Place Flagstaff is a 100% smoke-free property. To maintain a comfortable and healthy environment for all guests, any room found to have been smoked in is subject to a fee of no less than $250 per incident of smoking detected in guest rooms or any other designated non-smoking areas of the hotel. Guests who do not honor this policy may be escorted off the property at the hotel's discretion. Thank you for your cooperation in preserving our smoke-free environment.

Pet Policy

At Hyatt Place Flagstaff, we are pleased to welcome your furry companions during your stay. To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, please review our pet policy below:

Pet Eligibility: We allow pets under 50 lbs. to stay with you in your guestroom. A maximum of 2 pets per room is permitted at a combined weight limit of 75lbs.

Pet Fee: A non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay will be applied. Additionally, a $100 deep-cleaning fee will be charged starting on the 7th day.

Pet Behavior: Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier while in public areas of the hotel. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, and pets should not be left unattended in the room.

Damage or Noise: Owners are responsible for any damage or disturbances caused by their pets. If a pet becomes disruptive, the hotel reserves the right to ask the owner to remove the pet from the premises.

Luggage Storage

For guests arriving early or departing late, complimentary luggage storage is available at the front desk.

Authorizations and Holds

Please be advised, the authorizations placed on your card will hold these funds from your account. For credit cards, this may affect your available credit. For debit cards, this may affect your available account balance. Please contact your financial institution to learn more about these types of authorizations. Upon check-out, final charges will be posted to your card. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–7 business days to see the final amount reflected on your account.

Additional Information

A valid government-issued ID and a credit/debit card are required at check-in. A photo ID matching the registered guest's name is required upon arrival. Unless prior arrangements have been made, a credit card in the guest’s name must be presented at check-in.

Minimum Age Policy

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
