Hotel Policies

Minimum Age Policy

The minimum age to reserve a guest room is 21 years old. A person of the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in and become a registered guest in the room.

Credit Card Policy

We require $50.00 incidentals regardless of the card type (Credit vs Debit)

Smoking Policy

Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment. There is no smoking allowed in the public areas of the hotel or the guest rooms. The hotel will apply a $250 + tax cleaning fee to any room that violates this nonsmoking policy. We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Pet Policy

Dogs are welcome at Hyatt Place Wilmington / Riverfront.

Pet Fees:

For stays of 1 to 6 nights, the fee is $100, regardless of the duration ($100 total).

For stays exceeding 6 nights, there is an additional deep cleaning fee of $100 ($200 total).

For stays exceeding 30 nights, any additional cleaning fee is at the hotel's discretion ($200 + additional).

 

Weight:

• Individual pet weight limit:  50 Pounds

• Combined pets weight limit: 75 Pounds

• Maximum number of pets is 2.
