Hotel Policies

Smoke-Free Hotel

There is no smoking allowed in the public areas of the hotel. Designated smoking areas are located outside of the hotel entrance and at a designated smoking station in the rear of the hotel. The hotel will apply a $200 cleaning fee to any room that violates this nonsmoking policy.

Pet Policy

Your furry friends are always welcome at Hyatt Place Mt. Laurel. Please inform us that you will be bringing your pet with you prior to your arrival.

Fees

For guests staying 1–6 nights, a $100 nonrefundable pet fee plus taxes will be administered. For guests stay 7–30 nights, a $100 nonrefundable pet fee plus taxes and an additional $100 cleaning fee will be administered. For guests staying 30 nights or more, please contact the hotel.

Weight Limits

There is a maximum of two dogs with a combined weight of 75 pounds permitted per room. Individual dogs may not exceed 50 pounds. All dogs must be housebroken.
