Minimum Age Restrictions

A person of the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in and become a registered guest in the room. Primary guest must be at least 21 years old to check-in to the Hyatt Place Delray Beach. ID must be shown at time of check-in.

Credit/Debit Cards

We only accept credit or debit cards with a chip. Credit card authorization forms will only be accepted up until one day prior to arrival. The hotel reserves the right to authorize one-night room and tax; up to 48 hours prior to arrival. A $30 incidental deposit per night will be authorized on all credit and debit cards at the time of check-in to cover any incidental charges.

Pet Policy

We are happy to welcome your traveling canine companions to our pet-friendly hotel in Delray Beach.

Weight Limits:

Only housebroken dogs weighing 50 pounds and under or two dogs under a combined weight of 75 pounds are permitted.

Fees:

For stays of 1 to 6 nights, the fee is $100, regardless of the duration ($100 total).

For stays exceeding 6 nights, there is an additional deep cleaning fee of $100 ($200 total).

For stays exceeding 30 nights, please contact the hotel.

Smoking Policy

Hyatt Place Delray Beach is a 100% smoke-free hotel. Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and public areas. A $250 plus tax cleaning fee will be applied to any room violating this policy.

Early Departure Fee

If a guest departs earlier than their confirmed departure date, a one-night room and tax fee will apply unless the hotel is notified at least 24 hours before departure.

Lost Property

 If you have left something at the hotel, please go online to ileftmystuff.com to submit your report on the lost item.

Large Vehicle Policy

We are unable to accommodate large vehicles in our garage or on hotel grounds. Guests with oversized vehicles should arrange for alternative parking options nearby.
