Great hotel in Orlando - right on International Drive
Excellent hotel - beautifully renovated, great staff who were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay there again if we are in the area

Best Hyatt Hotel
This is one of the best Hyatt branded hotels in the area. Debra is so personable and a joy after a long day in the parks. You won't regret your stay here.

Loyal Patron!!
Hyatt will always be my security blanket, hands down! ❤️ Whenever I travel, Hyatt will always be my first choice because, in my experience, their standards are a 10 out of 10. I appreciate the consistency, quality, and overall experience that keep me coming back to the brand. However, I am not too keen on the trend of charging paying hotel guests to park at the property. I understand that policies change, but I genuinely hope Hyatt will reconsider this practice. In my opinion, parking should be included for registered hotel guests, while those who wish to use the parking facilities without staying at the hotel should be the ones charged a parking fee. It would be disappointing to see additional charges become the norm for loyal guests who already pay to stay at the property. I will continue to choose Hyatt first, but I sincerely hope the brand reconsiders this policy and keeps the guest experience a priority.

Excellent Service
The hotel is located near many fun attractions. The place is very clean. Most importantly, the staff is phenomenal. Best check in experience ever. The rooms are very spacious. I'm always looking for rooms with a pullout for extra sleeping arrangements. This was perfect stay for our family.

Love hyatt place
This is a well-regarded hotel offering convenient access to essential amenities. The property features excellent staff service, consistently clean rooms and bathrooms, a pleasant pool area, and ample parking availability. While the breakfast selection could benefit from additional variety, the current offerings are satisfactory. Parking is not complimentary, which is a notable consideration for guests.

was good overall, no noises, nice services, and clean. needs a bit more security for the pool in case another person in the future climes the fence again

Perfect in every way
I had booked a convention rate for 2 nights and then added another night on short notice. The front desk staff was most helpful and cheerful about applying convention discount parking rate for all nights. Housekeeping staff were excellent: timely and efficient. Great breakfast selections every day.

Big Thanks to the Team for an Emergency Business Stay
This was a lifesaver after our flights got cancelled. They had availability, got us checked in quickly, and had a great (off-season) rate. Very grateful for finding this option and for a wonderful stay for myself and my team. The suite was spacious and comfortable, and has tremendous off-season rates.

Hyatt Place Saved the Day & Our Vacation!!!!
Was a last minute reservation because the previous reservation at another hotel was simply unacceptable (room size and too compact ). Hyatt Place was able to accommodate us. I was terrified that we were going to have to settle for a mediocre hotel; Hyatt Place exceeded our expectations we will definitely stay there again!!! Also the bartender/front desk attendant (He//Him) definitely made the best margaritas to help ease my nerves after our initial experience!!!

One of the Best Hyatts
Very surprised with how clean and well kept everything is from the room to the breakfast. It was one of the best Hyatts I have stayed at and the staff was super friendly.

A place to avoid
The hotel overbooks the rooms, and they give you what they want, despite the actual booking. The breakfast was fair enough.

Great location!
Great location with plenty of restaurants within 5-10 mins walking distance. 15mins to Disney Hollywood Studios. The hotel has been recently renovated and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The Best Hyatt to stay in Orlando
Roberto and his staff are amazing and would definitely be returning. Everything was clean organized and breakfast was amazing. Definitely would recommend and a really great location near food and attractions.

Great staff, location, and breakfast, but...
Great hotel, but didn't give a 5-star because the AC stopped working in middle of the night and had to walk down to front desk because couldn't get through on the phone. They were able to put us in room adjacent to our room for rest of the night. Manager said he would compensate with discounts. I was surprised that I had to pay for parking, that was a bit annoying, but was told that the rate I paid included breakfast but not parking. So pay attention to what you're booking. Overall, we would stay here again in the future.
