Early Check-In / Late Departure Fees

Early check-in and late checkout fees may apply during your stay.

EVERYDAY is $50.00 plus 12.5% sales tax for early check in (as early as 9am) by request.

Late check out by request is $50.00 plus 12.5% sales tax (as late as 2PM).

Minimum Age Policy

The minimum age to reserve a room is 21 years old. A person of the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in and become a registered guest in the room.

Smoking Policy

Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment. This property is completely nonsmoking. The hotel may charge up to a $250 cleaning fee (inclusive of all taxes) to any room that violates this nonsmoking policy. The cleaning fee is charged per stay, not per night. E-cigarettes/vaping may only be utilized in areas designated for smoking. We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Please visit the host stand for details.

Pet Policy

Your dogs are welcome at Hyatt Place Orlando Airport.

Weight Limits:

We allow dogs weighing 50 pounds or less and a maximum of two dogs per room. 

 

Guidelines for dog owners:

All dogs must be housebroken. Dogs must be leashed when in public areas. Pets are not allowed in the public areas, food-service areas, or the pool. Your pet must be confined in a carrier if left unattended during the cleaning of your room, or if you can arrange to be present when your room is serviced. 

 

Fees:

For guests staying up to 6 nights, there is a $100 nonrefundable pet fee. Fees do not include taxes.

For stays from 7-30 nights, there is a $100 nonrefundable pet fee, plus a $100 cleaning fee. 

Fees do not include taxes. 

For guests staying 30+ nights, there is a $450 nonrefundable pet fee. Fees do not include taxes.

 

To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, following the departure of a guest and their pet, there are certain steps we must take to ensure the room is clean and free from possible allergens. We deep-clean carpets, drapes, bedspreads, and other linens. We also fumigate the suite. For this reason, we add the nonrefundable pet/cleaning fee to the account during check-in. 

 

Weight Limits: 

Only dogs weighing 50 pounds or under are permitted. 2 dogs may be allowed in a guestroom, provided that the combined weight of both dogs does not exceed 75 pounds. The fee covers both dogs and pets exceeding are at hotel's discretion.

Package Deliveries

DISCLAIMER: Please be advised that we do not have designated storage space for packages. Due to limited availability, please call the hotel in advance to confirm package acceptance.

Credit Card Deposit and Authorizations

A credit or debit card is required at check-in; cash deposits will not be accepted. Your debit or credit card will be authorized for Room Rate + Tax + $50 per night for incidental charges at check-in.

By the terms and conditions of most financial institutions, this will hold these funds, which will not be available in your account. The hold will appear as a pending approval or transaction on your account. We do not have the ability to process your debit card as a credit card.Upon departure, if you elect to settle your guest account with the debit card presented at check-in, we will process the charge within one (1) business day; however, the original hold could remain on your account for up to 10 business days within the United States. The process may take up to 30 days with international financial institutions.

Quiet Time Policy

The hotel is committed to providing a restful environment for all of our guests. A quiet time policy is in effect from 10:00pm-6:00am daily. During these hours, we request that guests refrain from activities that may generate excessive noise on guest room floors, including but not limited to loud music, entertainment, shouting, running, or the propping open of room doors. As a courtesy, guests and/or visitors causing a disruption will receive one warning. Continued disturbances may result in a request to vacate the premises.
