Great Hotel
I was in town for a week, for work. Everything this hotel had to offer was great. Clean, tidy, location, amazing breakfast, great WiFi, and friendly staff. All in all, a very good experience here. 10/10 recommend.

Great inexpensive stay
This hotel was perfect for a quick getaway, I stayed for a concert as well at the amphitheater which was under a 30 minute drive away. I enjoy the fact that this area is a bit out of the mix but still close enough to the beach if I wanted to stop through. I had everything I needed within a short walk or drive away, I’d definitely consider staying again! The customer service was great, room was pretty much spotless, and the lobby was comforting. I do wish the pool was a bit bigger but not that much of a deal breaker. I also notice some reviews mentioning it being noisy but the side of the hotel I was on was pretty chill and calm.

Great Stay, Excellent Service, and Perfect Location
We had a great stay at the Hyatt over Labor Day weekend. The customer service was excellent across every shift, and all the staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the hotel was peaceful and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was decent, with everything kept fresh and well stocked. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed while still being a short drive from the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Not the worst or best stay!
Overall the experience was mediocre. The room, linen and towels had a stale odor. I also found long strands of hair on my pillow and towel. I reserved a standard room and was given a handicap accessible room. The complimentary breakfast was praise worthy.
Hyatt Place Virginia Beach, Sales at Hyatt Place Virginia Beach Town Center, responded to this review

We were in town for a concert and had never stayed at this location before, but I can highly recommend Hyatt Place Town Center for cleanliness, quiet location, and wonderful staff. Conveniently Located
The hotel was very clean and the room we stayed in was very spacious. We were a family of four and had a room with 2 Queen beds and a pull out sofa that made a difference for everyone to sleep comfortably. Hotel was conveniently located to several dining places and shopping and not too far from the beach area. Getting around in the VA Beach area was very convenient. Definitely would stay at this hotel again when visiting VA Beach.
