Hyatt in Old Town Omaha
The hotel is right in the middle of Old Market, which is great to roam around with good restaurants. It is only 5 min from the zoo. Unfortunately, the hotel charges $25/day for parking. They have a huge parking lot so not sure why they charge so much, especially during the weekdays. One block down you can park on weekdays for $2/day. The rooms are nice and large. They need to be updated a bit but very comfortable beds, etc. Overall a good hotel in a great area of town but the parking is just rediculous.

Excellent hotel for business trips.
Except for the shower draining issue the hotel and service were excellent. If visiting with a family or more than one guest the shower would have been a big discomfort.

Nice place to stay with convenient places to walk to. Great options to shop and eat throughout the area. Be prepared to pay for self parking.

Unsettling Stay
Arrived there, were told we had adjoining rooms like we requested, didn’t happen and they wouldn’t fix it. We also requested rooms on the same floor, as this was night before the wedding & we’re told they could do that, that rooms were NOT on the same floor. They would not accommodate any of the errors or fix them. Employee made uncomfortable remarks at us on the elevator going to our room and the air conditioning unit kept us up all night banging and creaking and squeaking. Our room keys didn’t work 4-5 different scenarios between the elevator and getting out of the parking garage. It was a less than pleasant stay for over $260.

Wedding Group Very Disappointed
Breakfast was advertised as one of the "perks" for staying here. What a joke, attempted twice on the same morning, both times most items were completely depleted; eggs, bacon, etc. Did not see any staff attempting to resolve the issue. Did inform front desk staff, but nothing was corrected! Property is showing signs of wear and tear, cracked tiles, dirty areas, etc. Would not recommend at all.

Hyatt Omaha
The staff was super friendly Provided great dinner recommendations and they are in a good downtown location. Hotel is clean and parking is convenient.

Decent stay
Great location. Dow town. Everything in walking distance including the Gene Leahy Mall and Luminarium. The hotel staff was kind and breakfast was decent but busy. The rooms are showing their age specifically the bathrooms. The elevators are slow so I recommend using stairs.

Quick Family Trip
We enjoyed our stay. The pool was comfortable to swim in, the breakfast had dairy free/gluten free options, and the beds were comfortable. We came through for just one night on our road trip, and since it was a Saturday, there was a lot of street noise and sirens. But we enjoyed how walkable it was and overall had a good stay.

Okay, but no great
Good location for walking to restaurants and downtown events. Beware that it is a rough area with homeless around the building. The hotel isn't very sound proof to the outside, so you will hear traffic and yelling throughout the night. Overall quality of hotel was good though.

Average Hotel Stay
Location was great, staff was nice. The breakfast was not as expected, and I did not receive the room that I reserved. We made do without complaining.

Sadly was very disappointed
The location of this hotel was great! Unfortunately when we arrived, the man that checked us in was not very nice. We weren't greeted and when I asked him a question over the pool location he was not nice and made it seem like it bothered him that I asked. The value of the room was fine. The cleanliness of the room was not great either. When we took off the cushions of the couch to make out the sofa bed for our kids, there was cushion that had dried up boogers, and the sheets were thrown on the mattress and looked dirty. The other thing that was not great was that there were three alarms during our stay that went one, one being at like 6 am that was an "emergency" but we were asked to stay in our rooms. There was not communication either during or after to ease my "anxiety" of what it could be but got an ALL CLEAR instead.

Don't plan on sleeping if you room has a window to the outside.
Hotel was nice! 3 out of the 4 nights we couldn't sleep due to noise level outside the hotel. Gallery host would not answer the phone when needed.

Nice, Walkable Location
This Hyatt Place is an ideal location for exploring downtown. It's very walkable and there's a lot to explore including restaurants, bars, shops, the sculpture park, and the waterfront. There's also several offerings in the arts district (plays, concerts, comedians), although we did not partake as we were just there for 1 night. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of variety (waffles, eggs, bacon, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, breads).

A good trip
The customer service was stellar and the overall experience was amazing. The complimentary breakfast was really good and the rooms were really clean.

Great location. Friendly staff.
This hotel is in the perfect spot for a visit to Omaha! Plenty to do within walking distance. The staff is great. They’re very accommodating and friendly. The lobby is clean and breakfast is better than most. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are big. The hotel could use some updating as wear and tear is evident but the rooms were very clean. I would stay again without a doubt.

My favorite get-away, The Hyatt and Omaha Old Market
I love the Old Market area of Omaha so the Hyatt puts you right where you can enjoy all of it on foot. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Rooms are well arranged, bed comfortable and pillows are perfect. I love the shower, great water pressure. Rooms are clean. I felt the rate was a bit high. I did ask for that east view and an upper floor, plus I was charged $25 a night to park in the garage.

College World Series
Very pricey! Staff was nice and everything was within walking distance or a short uber or bike ride. Breakfast is a nice offer saves a little money.

One night in Omaha
Hotel was centrally located in the Old Market area - very walkable, and lots of shops and restaurants to visit. Ramp parking was nice to have, and for our stay, it was comped as the pool was closed. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, as there was only 1 hot option - scrambled eggs. Staff was very helpful throughout our stay. I liked the fact that there was no carpeting in our room, and the sectional couch was comfortable for our adult son.

Friendly Hotel at the Old Market Omaha
The front desk, Jeff, Scott, Kate and Samantha, are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stays. The location is great in the Old Market Omaha NE.

Love this Hotel and location. Convenient parking and perfect amenities for my work travel. Both a small and mid size conferemce rooms on site for work meetings
