Pet Policy

The hotel is pleased to welcome service animals. At this time, we are unable to accommodate pets.

Minimum Age Policy

The minimum age to reserve a room is 21. A person meeting the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in and be a registered guest in the room.

Credit Card Policy

A valid credit card must be presented at check-in and will be authorized for $100 per night for incidentals.

Package Policy

Due to limited storage space, the hotel can accept packages no earlier than 7 days prior to the guest’s arrival date. Packages received earlier than this may be accepted at the hotel’s discretion and could incur an additional storage fee.Guests may receive up to three (3) packages at no charge. A $5 handling fee will apply for each additional package. Oversized packages (36 inches or greater in any dimension) may incur an additional fee.All packages must be addressed to the registered guest retrieving them, and the hotel is unable to store packages for more than 7 days.
