Pet Policy

We gladly welcome your furry friends at our pet-friendly hotel in Eden Prairie. A maximum of two (2) dogs per room are permitted. Pet fees are nonrefundable and will be inclusive of taxes. Pets exceeding the weight limit are at the hotel’s discretion.

FEES:

1–6 nights: $75/stay

7–30 nights: $75 plus $100 cleaning fee

31 nights or more: Please contact hotel

WEIGHT LIMITS:

One dog: 50 lbs

Two dogs: 75 lbs combined

Incidentals

A valid credit or debit card must be presented at the time of check-in. The card will be authorized for room, tax, and an additional $15 per night for incidentals.

DEBIT CARD USERS: Funds will be held as a “pending charge” and will be unavailable to you. Any unused authorization is released within 7–10 business days after check-out Depending on your banking institution this hold can take up to 30 days to release. We recommend you use a credit card to check in with, and then use your debit card at the time of checkout to settle your balance.

Smoking Policy

Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment (including vaping) and any room found to have been smoked in is subject to a smoking fee of no less than $250 + tax. We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately.
