Hotel Policies

Keys for any room will only be issued to those persons who are listed on the room as a guest with matching ID. For guest safety, between the hours of 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., entry doors are secured. Please have your key with you when exiting the property to gain access back into the property Checkout time is 12 p.m. unless pre-arranged with front desk staff. Children under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times. No persons under the age of 18 is permitted to wander the hotel grounds unattended. Due to liquor licensing, outside alcohol is not allowed to be consumed in any public space including the lobby, parking garage and pool areas. Underage drinking is not tolerated. Housekeeping will be provided every other day during a guest stay; please see a front desk host if you need service before then.

Credit Card Policy - Cash Free Hotel

PLEASE NOTE: This hotel only accepts credit cards, debit cards an, where applicable, other contactless forms of payment. It is a cash-free environment. A valid credit card must be presented at time of check-in. The card will be authorized for room, tax and an additional $40 per night for incidentals.

DEBIT CARD USERS: In addition to estimated room and tax, there is a $40 per-night authorization placed on your card at check-in to account for any incidental charges you may incur, including but not limited to food and beverage charges. Funds will be held as a “pending charge” and will be unavailable to you. Any unused authorization is released within 7–10 business days after checkout, depending on your banking institution.

Pet Policy

We welcome your canine companions to our pet-friendly hotel in Madison, Wisconsin. Prior to your arrival, please call our hotel at +1 608 257 2700 to let us know you’ll be bringing your dog(s). At our pet-friendly hotel, guests can bring a maximum number of two pets and their combined weight cannot exceed 75 pounds. All dogs must be housebroken.

*We welcome guests with disabilities traveling with their service animals. Service animals are not pets and are not subject to this Pet Policy. For more information, please contact the hotel.

FEES:

For stays of 1 to 6 nights, the fee is $100, regardless of the duration ($100 total).

For stays exceeding 6 nights, there is an additional deep cleaning fee of $100 ($200 total).

For stays exceeding 30 nights, please contact the hotel.

WEIGHT LIMITS:

One dog: 50 lbs 

Two dogs: 75 lbs combined 

Packages

• Packages that are 0-25 pounds are $5 for handling/storage
• Package 26-50 pounds is $10
• Packages more than 50 pounds is $20
• Packages that are stored for more than 5 days, will incur an additional $20 storage fee
• We are not equipped to store LARGE items like pallets, bikes, furniture, etc. If items arrive at the hotel that are oversized, they may not be accepted.

Gift Bags

The cost to have gift bags given to guests are:

• $3 to be given out over the desk
• $5 delivered to the guest room

Smoking Policy

Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment. There is no smoking allowed in the public areas of the hotel or the guestrooms. This includes e-cigarettes and vape pens. The hotel will apply a $250 + tax cleaning fee to any guestroom that violates this non-smoking policy. We appreciate your consideration for other guests. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
