Hotel Policies

HOTEL INCIDENTAL & AUTHORIZATION POLICY

A deposit of $50 per night will be authorized on all credit and debit cards at check-in to cover any incidental charges. The hotel reserves the right to authorize charges for one night plus tax 72 hours prior to arrival.

Package Receiving Fees

Small or medium boxes: $5 each

Large boxes: $10 each

Cases: $20 each

Pet Policy

We are pleased to welcome your four-legged friend to our hotel. Pet fees include all applicable taxes. For the comfort of all guests, we require that dogs be house-trained. Please note that acceptance of dogs exceeding the weight limit is subject to the hotel's discretion.

FEES:

• For stays of 1 to 6 nights, a flat pet fee of $100 applies.
• For stays longer than 6 nights, an additional deep cleaning fee of $100 will be charged, totaling $200.
• For stays exceeding 30 nights, please contact the hotel directly.

WEIGHT LIMITS:

One dog: 50 lbs

Two dogs: 75 lbs combined
