Location! Location! Location! If you are planning a trip to KSC, this is a great option! We were only an 8 minute drive away. Also, the front desk staff member, Juna, is an absolute GEM. These days, GREAT customer service is rare and this woman is amazing and exudes positive, warm, friendly energy as if she NEVER met a stranger. An Amazing professional and an overall good quick weekend stay.

Great stay! Booked for pre-cruise and it was perfect! Very clean and customer service was great. Easy access to main roads. I would highly recommend.

The lobby was welcoming, fresh fruit and water available. The room was spacious, very clean; the staff friendly & professional. Avery good complimentary breakfast offered! Able to park our car at the hotel while we were on our cruise.

Location was good near Kennedy Space Center. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom shower was in need of an update. Breakfast was conveniently located in hotel, selection was good.

Horrible experience at this property. No check-in staff at desk upon arrival and staff in restaurant would not help locate. Waited 15 minutes for someone to show up. Put in room 123 which had pink stains on grout, was dusty and had really old pillows and mattress that were uncomfortable. Worst Hyatt Place experience ever and we’ve stayed in many!

TV screen in room was blue. Asked for new room. Was first told all tvs were this way. Later went to front desk and was told hotel was booked 100% and no rooms available to switch and they would give me some points. I insisted on another room. Was finally given another room and the tv was better bit still had a blue tint to screen. Then at checkout was told they couldn't afford to buy all new tvs for every room and they were replacing them.slowly. Hyatt doesn't have the money to replace tvs ? Bull crap !!!! Avoid this hotel !!!

I was in town for a workshop at Kennedy space center. Clean safe hotel in proximity to KSC, plenty of parking, excellent hot breakfast, fitness room open 24 hours, comfortable bed.

The hotel was amazing, the rooms are clean and comfortable and very quiet. The breakfast was absolutely amazing with a good variety which would suit anybody’s taste's. The launch view was great and the close proximity to the Kennedy space centre was great..we also discovered a hidden gem just up the road at the warbird museum it was absolutely incredible.

Nice hotel in a good location. The employees were great. Really want to give a great experience to customers. Manuel went above and beyond with kindness.

The hotel was very nice. It was clean and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast was really good and the staff was friendly. The pool was pretty nice as well. Would def recommend

My daughter attended KSC summer camp and we stayed at the hotel for a week. Location was near KSC, hotel was clean, staff were friendly. Everything was good.

It was a very nice stay, would recommend to everyone. Thinking very strongly to switching to Hyatt Place for further stays.

Great location to see the launches and the sights around the area. I like that it wasn’t near a whole bunch of other buildings and places no one really cares about. I like that it was the only hotel right there. Peaceful for sure. We were able to see a lot of different places that were close by and nature that I absolutely love and my husband was able to see a lot of NASA the Warbird Museum. Just a great surrounding places for us to visit. I just get excited to talk and share our experience. Thank you to the staff that led us to these adventures!!!

the place is so very clean. The staff are very friendly. Very helpful. The rooms are very confutable and clean. Easy to get to the space center. I would stay there again. Noise level was fine. Breakfast was very good, hot and they kept every thing filled. Anything you wanted was there.

Rooms and ambiance was good. Breakfast buffet items should have names and veg or non veg specification . Location is good for Kennedy Space
