Pet Policy

The Hyatt Place brand limits pets to two (2) dogs per room, weighing less than 50 pounds each and not to exceed more than 75 pounds combined. All dogs must be housebroken. We reserve the right to refuse dogs that do not meet customary standards for household dogs based on species, odor or aggressiveness. Your pet must be confined in a carrier if left unattended during the cleaning of your room; you can also plan to be present when your room is serviced.

Fees:

For stays of 1 to 6 nights, the fee is $100, regardless of the duration ($100 total).

For stays exceeding 6 nights, there is an additional deep cleaning fee of $100 ($200 total).

For stays exceeding 30 nights, please contact the hotel.

Pets are not allowed in public areas, food service areas or at the pool. We suggest guests with pets use side or back entrances. Dogs must be on leashes when in public areas.

 

Smoking

Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment (including vaping) and any room found to have been smoked in is subject to a smoking fee of no less than $250 plus tax. We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately.

Minimum Age Policy

Guests must be a minimum of 21 years old and are required to complete a signed registration agreement. A valid ID is required at check-in and to become a registered guest of the hotel.

Incidental Policy

 A valid credit or debit card must be presented at the time of check-in. The card will be authorized for room and tax, as well as an additional incidental charge per night of the confirmed reservation.

DEBIT CARD USERS: Funds will be held as a “pending charge” and therefore will be unavailable to you. Any unused authorization is released within seven to 10 business days after check-out. Depending on your banking institution, this hold can take up to 30 days to release.

We recommend using a credit card at check-in and, to settle your balance, use your debit card at check-out.
