Hotel Policies
Incidental Policy
A valid credit or debit card must be presented at the time of check-in. The card will be authorized for room and tax, as well as an additional $50 per night for incidentals.
DEBIT CARD USERS: Funds will be held as a “pending charge” and will be unavailable to you. Any unused authorization is released within seven to 10 business days after checkout. Depending on your banking institution, this hold can take up to 30 days to release. We recommend you use a credit card at check-in, and then use your debit card at checkout to settle your balance.
Smoking Policy
There is no smoking allowed in any area of the hotel. The hotel will apply a minimum $250 cleaning fee to any guest room that violates this nonsmoking policy.
Dog Policy

Furry friends are welcome at Hyatt Place Melbourne Airport. Our dog-friendly hotel can accommodate up to two dogs per room, so your canine companions can join you on your adventures in Melbourne, Florida.
We allow dogs weighing 50 pounds or less or two dogs weighing a combined 75 pounds or less per room during your stay.
Fees
For stays of 1 to 6 nights, the fee is $100, regardless of the duration ($100 total).
For stays exceeding 6 nights, there is an additional deep cleaning fee of $100 ($200 total).
For stays exceeding 30 nights, please contact the hotel.
To ensure the comfort of all our guests, we take extra steps to ensure our rooms are clean and allergen-free. This includes deep-cleaning bedspreads, linens, drapes and carpets. For this reason, pet fees and deep-cleaning fees are added during check-in.
Age Restriction Policy
The minimum age to reserve a guest room at Hyatt Place Melbourne Airport is 21 years old. A person of the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in and must be the registered guest in the room.
Package Handling Policy
Guests staying at our hotel can receive packages during their stay. Please ensure your packages are clearly labeled with your name. The storage area is limited, so please do not have packages sent to the hotel more than five days before your arrival.
