Hotel Policies

Check-In & Check-Out

Early check-in is available from 11:00 AM for £15. If you arrive earlier, please check with us for availability and additional charges. Late check-out is available for £10 per additional hour until 5:00 PM. Please let us know in advance if you require a late check-out.

Room Policy

Guests aged 13 and over are considered adults and will be subject to adult pricing. The maximum occupancy for king rooms is two guests, including children and infants. Interconnecting rooms may be requested, subject to availability. The minimum check-in age is 18.

Check-In Requirements

A credit card, debit card, or cash deposit is required for incidental charges. All guests must provide a government-issued photo ID at check-in.

Breakfast Options

If you have booked a room-only rate, our reception team can offer you a special breakfast rate. Please enquire upon arrival.

Smoking Policy

All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the room is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine.

Wi-Fi Access

To connect to Wi-Fi, select @Hyatt_WIFI—no password is required.

Pet Policy

Your pets are welcome at Hyatt Place. Pets must be house-trained and limited to two per room. They must be kept on a lead in public areas and are not permitted in dining spaces. A fee of £25 per pet, per night applies. Only dogs weighing 22.6kg (50 lbs) or less are permitted. Two dogs may share a room if their combined weight does not exceed 30kg (66 lbs). Pets exceeding this weight allowance are accepted at the hotel’s discretion.
