We loved this hotel! We are happy we stayed here for our visit to NYC. Manhattan is easily accessible with several subway lines within a 5-6 minute walk. The hotel staff was kind. The whole property was clean and updated. The neighborhood is nice and feels very safe. We had 3 generations staying together (3 women and one toddler) in 1 room and there was plenty of space. We’ve stayed at various hotels in manhattan over the years, and would certainly stay at this property in LIC again!

Fantastic and friendly team from the front desk to the breakfast service team to housekeeping. Really fantastic! I especially love Amanda Velez who is always super helpful, friendly and simply great support for my frequent stays!

It’s was in a great location and easy to navigate from airport to my locations. Also getting into the city was also easy to navigate via subway! Friendly staff 💕

We had an unplanned staycation while our home was being painted. I was very happy with out decision to stay at the Hyatt Place in LIC. Our family of 4 stayed in a double queen ADA-accessible room (307). It was clean, spacious, and quiet. We enjoyed a yummy breakfast with lots of options including crispy bacon, fresh fruit, bagels and homemade waffles. There are lots of restaurants in the area and it's close to MoMA PS1.

Great experience. Roomy accommodations that were updated, modern, and clean. City view was nice and it was relatively quiet.

The location was close to my job site. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and pleasing to the eye.

The free breakfast was a good deal, but the food quality was disappointing—it tasted like frozen food reheated. We stayed three nights but only ate breakfast once. The upgraded room was great, but traffic noise from the hotel’s location was bothersome. Check-in was delayed by 40 minutes, and we didn’t get checked in until 3:40 p.m.

We stayed at Hyatt Place Long Island City/ New York City while we attended a Mets game. Everything about our stay was exceptional. We arrived shortly after 10 am after an early morning flight. We were able to drop off our bags before exploring the city. Staff were very kind and friendly. The location was great, central to everything we were doing on this trip. The subway was a quick 5 minute walk and connected us directly with time square and Citi field. Our room was comfortable and very clean and we were even upgraded by management. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a great trip.

Wonderful staff, hotel, breakfast and close to local dining options and 2 subway stops in easy walking distance, too! Very clean and comfortable for 5 of us in our 2 queen suite.

Location is good for food and subway. No noise issue. The sound proof windows are so great! Staffs are also so nice. Really recommend this Hotel.

An amazing surprise! What a great hotel! It is a Hyatt Place, but the room was very clean and the hotel was in great shape. What makes this my new go-to hotel in NYC is the location. LIC is a great neighborhood! The hotel is a few stores down from an award-winning bagel place (Utopia Bagels), a 4 min walk to a major subway thoroughfare with one stop into the City, and a 5 min walk to both Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. For everything you get, the price cannot be beat!

In this area with the best location and very new facility, would highly recommended ! Breakfast is also overexpected with a great variety.

Clean rooms and decent breakfast. Staff helpful and accommodating. Convenient walk to subway and easy to get to New York City destinations as first time subway users.

Staff is great, the hotel is in a great location easy to midtown Manhattan and parts of Brooklyn if you’re so inclined. There’s a ton of stuff around in LIC if you feel like a more local day including the fabulous PS 1.

Overall bad experience, very over priced for the location and condition. No views you are looking at the wall, bad customer service manager never called me back on regard to my shower complaint, shower head was not working properly. There was weird noise in the hotel.

The Hyatt Place Long Island City is a wonderful place to stay while visiting the NYC area. They are very close to subway and only a couple stops from Manhattan. The hotel is very nice and has anything you might need within a block or two walk.

Very nice hotel. Location was good. Very accessible to subway and restaurants. The breakfast was ok, wish they had more variety. I was looking for cooked oatmeal with the toppings. Very clean and employees were very nice.

Everything was beautiful. Checking in and out was fast and the staff was very sweet and helpful. The continental breakfast was so good and fresh and many options to choose from. The only thing I wish they had was hotel parking only 14 first come first serve spots which left us driving around for.over 30mins in stead of having time in our rooms to relax before our basketball game.
