Pet Policy

What is a trip without your BFF (best furry friend). Hyatt Place Glendale / Los Angeles welcomes your pets.

Fees:

1–6 nights: $75/stay

7–30 nights: Additional $100

Weight limits:

One dog: 50 lbs

Two dogs: 75 lbs combined

Incidental Credit Card Hold Policy

Hyatt Place in Glendale / Los Angeles collects a refundable $50/night hold on guest credit cards at check-in. This allows the hotel to be protected in the case of damage to the room, or if cleaning charges are necessary. This hold is released upon checkout if no charges occur.

The Smoking Policy

Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment (including vaping). Any room found to have been smoked in is subject to a smoking fee of no less than $250 plus tax. We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately.
