Hotel was clean. The check-in was great. Breakfast was great and the restaurant had really good food. The rooms were very quiet. The only issue I really had was the air conditioner runs only on or with the presence of someone in the room. If I didn’t see you moving in the room, it would shut off. Therefore, when you’re sleeping the air conditioner wouldn’t run. I had to get up in the middle of the night move around. I called two days in a row to have someone come and adjust it and no one would come and adjust it.

Location was easy to get to and the hotel was nicely decorated and quiet. Our room was spacious comfortable and CLEAN. All staff was professional and seemed genuinely happy to be at work. The breakfast was simply fantastic and had a wide assortment to satisfied all tastes. I would highly recommend this location.

A wonderful stay! The reception team was fantastic, and Mar in particular went above and beyond. While everyone was great, she really stood out with her helpfulness.

This is my go-to hotel in the LA Area. It has a "Goldilocks" that is quietly located close to LAX and 405 & 105 Freeways but far enough away that it avoids traffic madness, outrageous parking prices, as well as noise characteristic of nearby Century Boulevard Hotels. It is clean, comfortable, has a wonderful complimentary breakfast and an amazing knowledgable, courteous, and concientious staff this keeps everything running perfectly. Having stayed at many hotels in the LAX area, this one is delightful!

Friendly staff and quiet location. I thought since it was close to a hotel it would be subpar but everything was quiet and comfortable.

Clean, quiet room. Comfortable bed. On site restaurant wasn’t bad. Great breakfast. Efficient and quick shuttle ride to airport.

Great location besides the Airport, the beaches, supermarket and restaurants are close by, not in walking distance. El Segundo is clearly underrated and a good option to stay for a couple nights before departing. Negative is the self parking cost, $37 p/n and you have to advise the front desk to get the room made, not sure if these are Hyatt standards, even for a Hyatt Place. Besides that the property is very nice and modern.

This hotel is close to LAX, and is clean and has excellent amenities for the price. The free breakfast was definitely a notch about a Holiday Inn Express type experience. Airport shuttle was on time and convenient for flying out of LAX. The area is quiet and safe.

Best scrambled eggs I have ever eaten at a hotel! Perfectly cooked and seasoned! And perfectly cooked bacon! And berries!

Great hotel, staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was amazing! The only thing that did not work well was the fridge besides that it was great.

Room 229 had a cracked tile which was loose as well as uneven tiles that were raised and it tripped my mother. In addition, the toilet needs to be fixed also because each time you flush it, it spits out whatever is in the toilet onto the floor like a fountain. It was very unsanitary so we had to cover the toilet each time we flushed. This room should Not have been available for Hyatt members to occupy. We are Globalists as well and this was just unacceptable Hyatt property. Do not stay in room 229 unless they fix the bathroom floors and toilet!!

Everything was perfect. Stayed overnight and it was good location, clean, front desk were helpful, and etc. I recommend and would stay here again.

This Hyatt Place is in a good location. Not far from many sporting events. The staff is friendly, professional and always ask if you need anything. Great hotel. Stay here whenever I am in LA..

Normally I stayed at the other Hyatt Place on the Centry Avenue. First time visit of this place, experience was better than expected. Parking was convienent. Smooth checkin and I received a suite upgrade and lare chechout because of my Hyatt statue. Enjoyed the stay.

Great location, Central to everything. Nice and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Nice layout. One odd thing with the rooms though: transparent doors for the bathroom which reduces privacy and flood the room with light at night if someone is using the bathroom. Pool area and breakfast are good. They have free electric chargers for cars too.

Ac wasn't working and we checked in late had to wait till next day. Parking at 37 for each car for each night was way to high and seeing cars in the parking area with no tag was upsetting. Breakfast was average. Location was convent and staff friendly.

The best hotel when traveling with family. Such an amazing experience here.! The customer service from each and every staff member we encountered; from the front desk, the ladies at the breakfast arena, the housekeeping staff, the men cleaning the pool area, and the shuttle drivers all GREAT!! The hotel was very clean all around. Our room was very very spacious , we had 2 beds with the sofa and the restroom is big too! The tv is a big screen with cable channels and we could connect our phones to watch on the tv. The hotel is dog friendly, they have a designated green area for dogs that’s well kept and maintained. The complimentary breakfast is sooo good! That was a big plus for us! The pool and jacuzzi were clean and stocked with towels. The gym area is nice too. The free shuttle to and from the airport was great to have as as well. The only thing that I wish was different is the $37 over night parking fee. But overall great experience will definitely book here again!

Great area, hotel has good amenities, excellent service! Room was very clean. Breakfast was fresh and the attendants were quick to make sure food was restock and tables clean.

Great hotel with great location. Place to go to when traveling out of LAX. Plenty of everything nearby. Very clean and well maintained, spacious room with great ammenities.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to LAX. I had a conference i had to attend the next day and when I arrived they were extremely friendly and even very helpful in recommending places in El Segundo.
