Minimum Age Policy

The minimum age to reserve a guest room is 21 years old. A person meeting the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in and become a registered guest in the room.

Credit Card Policy

A valid credit card must be presented at the time of check-in. The card will be authorized for room, tax and an additional $50 per night for incidentals.

Debit card users: There is a $50 per night authorization placed on your card at check-in to account for any incidental charges you may incur, including but not limited to food and beverage charges. Funds will be held as a “pending charge” and will be unavailable to you. Any unused authorization is released within seven to 10 business days after checkout, depending on your banking institution.

Smoking Policy

Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment. There is no smoking allowed in the public areas of the hotel or in the rooms.

The hotel will apply a $300 cleaning fee, plus tax, to any room that violates this nonsmoking policy. We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately.

Booking Change Policy

Any changes to your stay dates may result in a rate change. World of Hyatt Points redemption and anniversary nights are final and cannot be changed. Any changes will forfeit points. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Early Departure Policy

If a reservation is shortened at any time, a minimum one-night penalty will be applied in accordance with our early departure hotel policy.

Pet Policy

Hyatt Place Las Vegas at Silverton Village is a dog-friendly hotel. You and your pups are always welcome. We’re just off The Strip, but close to fun activities great for both you and your four-legged friends.

Fees

For stays of 1 to 6 nights, the fee is $100, regardless of the duration and non-refundable. ($100 total).

For stays exceeding 6 nights, there is an additional deep cleaning fee of $100 ($200 total) regardless of the duration and non-refundable.

For stays exceeding 30 nights, the deep cleaning fee will be at the hotel's discretion. 

Fees do not include tax.

Weight Limits: 

Only dogs weighing 50 pounds and under are permitted; two dogs may be allowed in a guest room provided their combined weight does not exceed 75 pounds.

To ensure the maximum comfort for all our guests, following the departure of a guest and their dog, there are certain steps we must take to ensure the suite is clean and free from possible allergens. We deep clean carpets, drapes, bedspreads and other linens; we also fumigate the suite. For this reason, we add the nonrefundable dog/cleaning fee to the account at check-in.

Guidelines for Dog Owners

All dogs must be housebroken. Dogs must be on leashes when in public areas. Dogs are not allowed in the food service areas or the pool. Your dog must be confined in a carrier if left unattended during the cleaning of your room or you can arrange to be present when your room is serviced.
