Very welcoming- gave us a little bag of water and snacks as welcome kit. Got us checked in early and waived the early check in fee since it was my birthday! Nice staff and breakfast was decent. I am a big tea drinker and they really only had black tea and no herbal teas for me to drink. Breakfast had a low amount of vegan/gluten free food- mostly just fruit and I had oatmeal (not GF)- not unexpected... but having options would be nice as some other Hyatt Places have had dairy free milk and fruit smoothies as well.

The room and staff were very good. But the overall experience was poor. The parking lot has a vagrancy problem, the elevators were antiquated and painfully slow and the stairwells were closed for maintenance. The fitness center was small and poorly equipped. This hotel did not meet Hyatt’s standards as I have previously understood them.

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of options; fruit, yogurt, eggs, breakfast meat, pancakes one day and French toast the next, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, juice, coffee, etc. Location was convenient for our event. I would definitely stay again!

I had really mild expectations for staying here but the overall experience was very very good. The room was clean, iron and board ready and working, ample towels, and comfortable bed. Breakfast was fine, and checkout east and fast, I was in a quick business trip and this Hyatt delivered quite clean comfort.

The location was perfect and close to the airport and attractions. The atmosphere was casual and quiet. Our rooms were comfortable and clean which made the value even better, complimentary breakfast was also include and was tasty. Depending on where your room is, you can hear people outside but it wasn't bothersome. Jennifer in Sales was amazing and helped out business group of 16 have a wonderful experience. The front desk staff and maintenance were all helpful!

The breakfast was nice and better than expected. I appreciated the extra security measures to ensure nobody entered the hotel at night, however it was a little upsetting when the receptionist said my room number out loud. As a solo woman traveler, there should be more awareness regarding that safety measure for the guest.

Customer Service was excellent I will stay at this hotel every time I’m in Las Vegas. You can go wrong from checking process to check out. Everything was perfect

Stayed at the Hyatt Place for a conference in July. It was hot outside but A/C worked perfectly in hotel and the room. Room was clean and quite spacious. The bathroom toilet overflowed, and housekeeping fixed it quickly. The door didn't lock but I didn't have any problems with entrance. I felt quite safe in the hotel. Room was comfortable, quite large, and included a livingroom, table and refrigerator. Everything worked as expected otherwise. Staff was professional. Hotel is across the street from a 24 hour CVS.

Friendly check in and pleasant breakfast staff. The room was nice and clean. I loved the extra space with a couch to spread out a bit instead of a typical small room.

This hotel is in desperate need of updating and renovations. Our room was one disaster after another. From worn-out carpet exposing the sharp tack strip to a broken bathroom toilet that ran continuously. Poor communication with the front desk caused the toilet to run all day while we were out of the room. We came back after 9 hours away to find that maintenance hadn't shown up. We will not return. Worst Hyatt experience to date!

Stayed here for the last night of a business trip to be close to the airport. There’s no airport shuttle, but Uber was quick and easy. Overall, the stay was disappointing. The room had a strong air freshener smell trying to cover something musty or like old smoke. The shower didn’t drain, the bathroom was so small it was difficult to use, there were old coffee grounds left in the pot, and the Wi-Fi didn't wotk. Breakfast was fine and as expected, but when I asked about the advertised espresso bar, the front desk simply said “we have Starbucks,” which I guess was referring to the standard drip coffee. We were exhausted on arrival and left early for our flight, so we made it work—but it wasn’t a good use of my free night award.

Stinky, musty, moldy smell of the entire 5th floor. Notified the staff and didn’t care to move me to another floor. Will never come back to this place again.

Honestly, there is only one elevator. It is slow and there are a lot of people in this hotel. The pool didn’t have enough towels, so we went and asked for more, he restocked it with maybe 10 and more people showed up so there wasn’t enough. The entryway to the elevator is a mess and very dirty. The breakfast does not start until seven and there were 20+ people waiting. By the time we got to the front of the line, the-pancakes were gone and it took 11 minutes for them to get more put out. If you are a world of Hyatt member you get a bag usually with waters, but this time they didn’t even offer it to me so we had to walk across the street to CVS and get some. I used my points and I feel like this was a big waste.

Damage to the walls and floorboards. Shower head was also damaged and very low pressure. The worst part was the A/C being regulated at 70°. I woke up hot and sweating every night. The A/C said it was at 70° but felt more like 75°. If they dont change this, I will not stay here again.

I would like to give a BIG shoutout to the hotel reception team specially Elizabeth who made the checkout process smooth and engaging.

Great location off the strip. Clean & modern hotel. With free buffet breakfast (fresh eggs, fruit, yogurt, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns, toast, bagels, juice, etc.) Late check out is available, as well as day-use. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Free waters at check-in. Would highly recommend.

The stay was great, customer service outstanding! Harry Reid airplane traffic not so much, I was awoken several times during the nights I stayed, which did not help with work in the morning. I know that it was not in the Hyatt's control but please consider doing something that can nullify the noise.
