Hotel Fee Policy

Rates quoted are subject to 8% sales and service tax (SST). Tourism tax of MYR 10 per room will be imposed on all foreign guests as mandated by the government of Malaysia.

Smoking Policy

Please be advised that all our hotel rooms are designated as smoke-free environments. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited within the premises of the hotel rooms. Any violation of this policy will incur a penalty fee of USD 150. Please note that the hotel reserves the right to enforce this penalty even after checkout if a violation is detected. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Exotic Fruit Policy

Kindly do note that strong smelling fruit such as durians and/or mangosteens are  NOT  permitted on hotel grounds.
