Pet Policy
We’re delighted to have you and your dog as our guests. To ensure a comfortable stay for you and fellow guests, please observe the following guidelines:
- Only pet dog is allowed to accompany you to the facilities, you are not to bring in any other pet animals.
- Up to one dog is allowed to accommodate per room per stay.
- Only dog weight below 10kg is permitted.
- Hotel does not accept pregnant dog & female dog in heat period (four weeks after of the start of the menstrual cycle).
- When checking in, a photocopy of a written certificate for immunized against rabies, which proves that dog has been immunized more than 2 weeks less than 1 year ago. At the same time, a copy of the dog license and immunity certificate is also required.
- Pet information must be provided at the time of booking. (Pet’s name, breed, weight, and age. )
- Pets are limited to guest rooms only. When going outside of room or out of the property, the pet must be leashed or crated for the safety of all other guests. (Exclusion guide dogs)
- Dog is not allowed in outlets, Fitness Center and Pool areas of the property. (Exclusion guide dogs)
- Hotel reserves the right to charge guests account for compensation. If dog breaks or damages any of hotel items.
Pet staying will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of CNY 500 on the basis of the reserved room charge and a CNY2000 deposit will be taken upon check-in.
Maximum number of pets is 1.
Individual pet weight limit: 10 kilograms.
