Excellent One Night Stop
Staff was great, Room was clean, Breakfast was wonderful! Wifi was a little touch and go but the hotel was full, so that is to be expected. Overall, very nice stop along the way. Will go back when in the Huntsville area!
Give a basic handyman 30 minutes in the room and this becomes a 5/5
Great hotel, great staff, great location, but there were some build quality issues in the room. There was a broken (torn from wall) light fixture next to the bed, the bathroom GFCI would continually trip, shower door was mis-aligned, towel bars were askew.
Has gone downhill and needs some maintenance
I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions after the last 4 years but this visit will likely be my last. It has steadily gone down hill in quality. The EV chargers which were a big plus for me are in total disrepair with exposed wires and pins and apparently have been that way for several months. Our linens were stained, there were stains in the carpet, the room had a musky/moldy smell to it, and the bed was really uncomfortable. I didn’t sleep well any of the three nights that we were here. The breakfast buffet is no longer included in all rates. You have to book a certain rate or be Discoverist or higher. The buffet used to be decent but the quality of the food items has gone down hill. On this occasion, a lot of the food was under cooked, lacked flavor, or were just out of stock.
A very unhappy customer
If you're looking for a hotel to have the room you reserved, schedule the appropriate staff for breakfast and clean your room without asking....this is NOT the place for you. The most upsetting part is that my family went through this experience with me for my family reunion. Do not trust these folks with big groups.
Maintenance upkeep needed...
Great Hotel nice location. Staff was good had two situations the phone didn't work in the room and my toilet seat almost injured me. Nothing was done about either one after letting the front desk know. Besides that had a wonderful time.
Great business/ family stay
The hotel is a great location. Clean and inviting on check in, and the breakfast was good for this type of hotel. The stand out was Victoria who worked the evening at the desk, she couldn't be more helpful and friendly! Would stay here again if we are in Huntsville.

Keep low expectations…
This property has great potential and great location in Huntsville and either is going through a management change or I just had a very bad combination working the day that I spent at this property. My only advice is don’t set your hopes to normal Hyatt expectations until they work out whatever issues they are having staff wise with their day staff. I don’t think I have ever written a bad Hyatt review, but this property did not come close to meeting my expectations.

Must pick Hotel
This hotel will be a great pick for someone who is looking for an updated, clean, modern design, spacious, and great price to stay . It is located within walking distance of shopping mall, and many great restaurants. Excellent staff available to assist you.

So much wasted potential
We were genuinely excited because the hotel is in a fantastic area for a family with children and mixed hobbies. When we arrived, the staff was friendly and kind. The next morning, the breakfast was a bit of a mess. The hotel seemed to be understaffed and under-prepared for the guests staying over the weekend. We ended up not being able to eat much and found food else where. The second day was even worse, the staff member at the front desk was awful. She was on her phone the entire time and several times she called her managers over speaker phone. She refused to assist customers with anything her than a checkout that consisted of no changes. After breakfast the second day, my daughter and I returned to our room and there was a roach in the room. I attempted to use the room phone to call the front desk and it didn't work. I used my cell and it took me three calls to finally get someone to respond. We packed and went to checkout and there was a different employee. She was very kind, but I don't think her job was the front desk. She was nearly in tears trying to checkout guests. Regardless of the location, I would not recommend this hotel.

Great and convenient place to stay in the Space Camp/Space Center vicinity
We stayed here prior to drop-off at Space Camp. The hotel was conveniently located near the camp and great restaurants, making it easy to meet up with fellow campers. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, the room spacious and clean, and the service excellent. It was good value for the money and a great place to rest after a very long ride to camp.

Good property, well located, at a fair price
Great location and nice hotel at a fair price. I was there on business but i toured the space museum, which is very cool!!!

Could Have Been A Bit Better
Room was very nice, had fridge, microwave and standard tv channels (No HBO or Netflix) they should upgrade their TV's to smart TV's so that you can log into your existing accounts for movies.

Customer service after the stay from invoice changes was horrible
Service there was acceptable while I stayed there but the invoice was incorrect. I was told to not worry, that manager would take care of the changes. This was from their own administrative mistakes in the invoice being incorrect. Sent emails and tried to leave voicemails but that was full every time I called. I tried call many times but every time they transferred me to the manager never responded.

At check-in, our team reviews and confirms rates based on the information provided at that time, and any requested adjustments—such as rate changes—must be addressed during the stay or at departure. We are unable to make retroactive changes once a guest has checked out. That said, we do recognize your concerns regarding communication, and we are addressing this internally to ensure a more responsive experience moving forward.
Weekend Getaway
The room was spacious and very clean. The overall hotel experience was great. We really enjoyed the pool and the location...it was close to everything we were doing over the weekend!

Expecting a refreshened room, morning coffee, evening cocktail? This may not be the place for you
The hotel is lovely and in a great location however, some basic, expected, amenities were not available as advertised. If you only want beer or wine the bar will satisfy you. Although they have alcohol and mixers, even bitters, on display they do not have a capable bartender to use those items. In room coffee was undrinkable. Room was lovely and spacious but housekeeping did not fulfill basics like removing used cups and glasses or making both beds though both clearly slept in. At breakfast requested coffee but were told tea and hot water were the only options so: if you want a fully refreshened room, hot coffee in the morning and a cocktail to wind down the day this may not be the place for you. However, THE STAFF SEEMS TERRIFIC!! All that we met were as helpful as they could be with limited resources. When I went looking for a cocktail, they directed me to a bar in walking distance. Coffee? Starbucks with tremendous service was a short walk away. The refreshing of the room though was left to us I guess. Not terrible overall but not what we've come to expect of Hyatt

Night from Hell.
I rarely leave a bad review but we had a room that was a nightmare. Vibration from heater in next room shook the bad so badly we slept on the floor and the couch. Person claming to be hotel manafer has rude to me .turned out it wasnt the manager . I later heard from someone ekse and got my rewards points back, but this was really unacceptable .desk didnt even send anyome up to see the problem .

Go somewhere else....lots of problems.
Hotel had no running water at check in, lobby toilet had overlowed in ladies bathroom all over the floor. Strong odor at elevators, large stains on sofa cushions in room and their system had a glitch showing us checked out a day early and 2 different cleaning ladies walked in on my Son getting ready in his underwear. Hotel has many issues, witnessed multiple complaints at front desk. Nothing was offered for the terrible experience.
Nice to place to stay in a good location
Great location near shopping and restaurants. The hotel was clean and up-to-date. The 24-hour fitness center came in handy, along with the early breakfast times.

I had an excellent stay! The hotel was very clean, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, with the bonus of Starbucks coffee available. I also really enjoyed the gym — well-equipped and convenient. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great place for us to stop and break up the drive.
Excellent location. Easy to walk to places to eat. Very clean and nice size rooms. Staff took care of all of our needs. We got on the road before the breakfast was open.
