Wish I had another night
Great experience. Helpful staff. Near the freeway. Breakast had great selections. Would definitely stay here again.
Nice Hotel Convenient to shopping, restaurants and Greater Houston area
I have stayed at this property multiple times over the past 7 years. It has always been an excellent experience. I recently traveled solo, but have also traveled with family and my dog on other occassions. The hotel is extremely clean and the customer service exceeded my expectations. The parking lot is well lit and the pool is clean and nicely located on the property. There is a nice animal relief area at the rear entrance of the hotel. The parking wraps all the way around the hotel and there was plenty of parking spaces. The lobby is clean, orderly and features updated furniture and a nice business area with computers. The morning breakfast had eggs, waffle station, sausage/biscuits/gravy, bagels and danishes, assorted beverages including coffee and juice. There was no fruit but there was some yogurt. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and room layout was nice. I had a King room and have stayed in a 2 Queen room on other stays. There was a nice seating area separate from the bed/sleeping area. The sofa was a "L" shaped sofa with an ottoman. There was a desk with swivel desk chair that I used to work from and it was very confortable with plenty of outlets for plugging in laptop, phones, etc. The location of the hotel is West of IAH and close to the town of Tomball. It sits adjacent to the Vintage Park area that features some great restaurants, an HEB, dine in movie theater, spas, salons and more. Love this area! It served as a great spot for me to visit family that lived in Tomball, out of the fray of Houston but nicely located to drive into Houston and down to Sugarland for a baseball game. I do want to mention the road noise in this area is noticable inside the sleeping rooms at various times of the day. The hotel does provide ear plugs on teh bedside table which I chuckled at when I saw them, but soon realised why they were there. However, my room on this stay was on the frontside of the hotel facing the freeway and I noticed the road noise when I check into my room that morning. But, when I didn't notice the noise at all when I went to bed and it never awakened me at night. I didn't have a need to use the ear plugs. If you are a light sleeper, just ask for a room on the backside of the hotel. The rear of the hotel faces nothing offensive - just parking areas and nice commercial offices. I also want to note that I had a very early arrival at 10am and the hotel accommodated me checking in that early which was very nice. The hotel staff was AMAZING! I can't state enough how friendly and accomodating they were. I will continue to choose this property for all of my future visits to Houston.
Another great stay an Hyatt Place Vintage Park Houston Texas
Hotel rooms are very nice, the staff is exceptional, and breakfast is great! I have stayed here for over 90 days in the past 2 years, and I always keep coming back.
Beautiful hotel with excellent and friendly staff
Beautiful hotel with excellent and friendly staff. Location is good not far from the Houston Premium outlet and Willowbrook mall for shopping.
Vintage Village Hyatt
The location is easily accessible to freeways and restaurants. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Staff is very pleasant and accommodating.
best stay
Location Atmosphere Rooms Value Cleanliness Noise level Service Amenities perfect stay it was very much enjoyed!!!!!!
Great place to stay.
We stayed here for a baseball tournament. It was located near both fields. The hotel is clean and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were large and the beds comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of choices and was really good. The coffee is delicious as well. You are near an airport and the highway but I didn't notice the noise but they do have earplugs in the room. I would stay there again.
Great Hotel for a quick stay!
Great hotel in a great location easy to get to other places. Hotel was clean and staff was great. Will use again next time I am in Houston.
Will stay here again!
Amazing stay! The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond, super friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!
Gift of Conveniences
Wonderful location in close proximity to many amenities. Must try the world famous pork chop at Perry’s Steakhouse located just a mile away
Vintage NW Houston
Vintage NW Houston DIRECTLY off Hwy 249. Stayed in a room that faced 249 which made it difficult for the room to stay quiet. Not the worst in the world and some might even count it as white noise. Worse than the room location was hair in the bathroom that wasn't cleaned up prior to our arrival. Hair was on the door seal between the bathroom and the room itself so I can see how it might be overlooked, but still leaves impression of uncleanliness regardless. I did not eat the breakfast so I can not comment on it's quality. Like all hotels, the top blanket and pillows were a joke. The comforter for the bed was paper thin which meant we had to turn the air up and the second blanket they provided didn't really help. Overall, I would probably stay there again due to its proximity to good food and family's location when visiting but now I know what side of the hotel to NOT stay in. Couldn't get picture of bathroom to upload correctly.
Great stay! Will stay again!
Great place to stay. Sheena at the front desk was amazing! If you are lucky enough to meet her during your stay, she will greet you with a smile and is very helpful!
Had to flush toilet upon arrival—DISGUSTING!!
I shouldn’t arrive at my hotel room and deal with a foul odor…because someone had obviously been in the room since the toilet wasn’t flushed. Disgusting and unacceptable. After almost three decades of business travel this was a first. Unbelievable.
Great time
Great experience… Dustin/justin? At the front desk was great as was Emily who helped me very quickly and pleasantly with a billing issur
Hyatt Place @ Vintage Park in Tomball, Texas is the best!
Hyatt Place @ Vintage Park is my go to place in Tomball, Texas. Its cleanliness & superior customer service are some of my reasons. Its location is excellent for Uber pick up or plenty of parking if you’re driving. It’s close to the freeway. It’s also walking distance to great restaurants in its parking lot.
Always a great place to stay with the best staff!
Very friendly staff, great breakfast and snack options. Makes it easy to be traveling away from home. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, especially when having to work in the room as well.
Truck was broken into and there’s no cameras nor proper security like they mentioned
Truck was broken into and was told that the hotel did not have cameras on the side nor the back of the hotel by the receptionist. I would highly recommend parking up front if you can find a spot. Receptionist had no idea what I needed to do so I called Harris county to file a report and she was no help. Supposedly they have security walking around every 20-30 minutes but we didn’t see anyone out there.
Unwelcoming and lack of customer service
The hotel is lovely and new but is short on amenities, which is fine. Except, the front desk staff is very unwelcoming. It would have been gracious to offer water (as a Hyatt member that is required), the amenities (like the pool is open, where the fitness room is, the wifi code, etc.) The person there should not be the face of the hotel. We will not be back.
Extra Clean
Freshness greeted my family upon entering the hotel. The rooms were very clean and deodorized. The staff were friendly and helpful.
A Hotel Keeper For Sure!
Hotel is super clean. Staff is pleasant. Located in a strip mall that has a Chuy’s & Asian Fusion restaurant. Both restaurants are dine in or take out. The food is great! The strip mall also has a huge nail salon.
