Hotel Policies

Pet Policy

We are pleased to offer accommodation for our guests and their pets. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all, we kindly request that you review our pet policy.

We are pet friendly! The pet fee is INR 2000 + taxes per pet per day. This fee is to cover cleaning and maintenance associated with accommodating pets in the room. This fee is non-refundable.

The maximum number of pets allowed is 02 per room. To maintain the comfort of all guests, we have a size limitation and pet weight limit is 50 lbs / 22 kg. There are no breed restrictions. Terms and Conditions:

 

• The pet must be fully trained and appropriately always restrained by the guest. Pets must be kept on a leash when in the hotel or on hotel property unless in the guest room.

• Guest to confirm the number upon booking. Limitations may apply. Owners can bring pets into their hotel room in the hotel lobby.

• Verification that vaccinations are complete and up to date may be required

• Please ensure that the pet is on a flea program.

• Pet left unattended in the guest room when the guest leaves the hotel premises must be secured in a proper pet crate or carrier.

• Pet must comply with local legislation and insurance liability requirements, if any

• Guest is responsible for cleaning up after the pet on hotel grounds and properly disposing of the waste in the outside dumpster or as otherwise designated.

• Guests must contact the housekeeping department to arrange a convenient time for servicing their room.

• Housekeeping – For the safety and comfort of your pet, Housekeeping will enter your room only if: (a) your pet is not present, or (b) you are present and can monitor your pet (dogs must be on a leash).

• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets on hotel property and in the neighborhood.

• Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.

• Guests are responsible for all property damage (including but not limited to accommodation rooms) and/or personal injuries resulting from their pets. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s account to commensurate with the cost of any damage.

• We have in-room amenities including a pet bed, blanket, and water bowl for you to use during your stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s account to commensurate with the cost of any replacement fee.

• Pet-Friendly Areas – Pets are allowed only in the following areas: Guest Room, Main Lobby, Pet Park and outside;

• Pets have limited access to F&B areas; please make prior reservation if dining with pet

• Pet Control / Containment in Public Areas Pets must be leashed, caged, or firmly held when they are in all common areas of the hotel. 

• Acceptable Pets – Hotel reserve the right to require immediate removal of any pet that displays dangerous or unacceptable behavior, including, but not limited to, biting, excessive noise (such as barking), evidence of disease, or urination/defecation in public areas.

Hotel Pet policy

• Noise/Disruptive Complaints: If hotel management receives more than 2 (two) complaints, alternative arrangements must be made for a pet. The non-refundable pet fee will not be refunded once the pet has been in the guest room.

• If room fumigation is required due to pest infestation, an additional fee over and above the cleaning fee will apply.

• Pet Stay terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

• By bringing your pet to our hotel, you agree to abide by this pet policy. We want all our guests to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Smoking Policy

We are a smoke-free hotel. If you do smoke in the room, there will be an INR 5000 cleaning fee added to your bill.

Food and Beverage policy

Satisfy your cravings any time of the day with our culinary offerings. Please note:

  • No two offers/discounts can be combined at Gallery Café, Gallery Market and Coffee To Cocktails Bar.
  • Prior reservations to be made for redeeming any voucher at +91 83956 61234
  • Bar is open until 11 p.m. Last orders are taken by 10:45 p.m., after which, liquor will not be served.
  • As per hotel policy, any alcoholic beverages brought from outside shall not be served at the meeting venues and is not allowed in public places.
  • Food and beverages brought from outside shall not be served at the meeting venues and is not allowed in public places such as Restaurants and Bars.

As part of our ongoing commitment to reducing waste, our hotel provides a limited selection of disposable guest amenities. We kindly suggest packing necessary daily essentials in advance.
