Pet Policy

At Hyatt Place Greensboro / Downtown, we’re happy to roll out the welcome mat for your furry friends.

FEES: 

1–6 nights: $100/stay 

7–30 nights: $175/stay (includes cleaning fee)   

31 nights or more: Please contact hotel at +1 251 747 2300

WEIGHT LIMITS:

One dog: 50 lbs

Two dogs: 75 lbs combined 

 

Guidelines for Dog Owners:

We welcome well-behaved, housebroken dogs at our property. For the safety and comfort of all guests, dogs must remain on a leash at all times while in public areas and are not permitted in the pool area. 

Early Check-In

Guests requesting to check in prior to 2:00 PM may be subject to a $50 early check-in fee, based on availability and at the discretion of the hotel.

Minimum Age Requirement

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to reserve a room. A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in, and the individual meeting the age requirement must be present to register for the room.
