Hotel Policies

Check-in & Checkout

  • Check-in Time: 3:00 PM
  • Checkout Time: 12:00 PM
  • Early arrivals before 9 AM will be charged one night’s room rate subject to availability. Arrivals between 9 AM and 3 PM will be charged at 50% of the room rate.
  • Late checkout between 12 noon and before 6 PM will be charged 50% of one night’s room rate and subject to availability. After 6 PM, guests will be charged one night’s room rate.

Family Plan Policy

Children aged 12 and under sleep free in existing room bedding. Rollaway bed, extra mattress and cribs are available on request and subject to availability.

Photo ID Requirement

For security purposes, valid Government approved photo identification with address is required at check-in for all guests occupying the room. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, citizenship certificate and/or Voter ID. A copy for record will be made of the document at check-in. Foreigners are mandated to provide valid VISA upon arrival before Check-in.

Babysitting/Childcare Policy

The hotel does not provide babysitting services.

Facility Use Policy

Use of recreational facilities, such as the pool and gym, is governed by minimum age requirements. As a general guideline, these services can only be used or requested by guests 12 years of age and above. Guests under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult guardian. The hotel is not liable to provide safety and security to any individual and it is considered that the user is medically/physically fit and is trained before utilizing any hotel facility. Security Policy

For security reasons, all rooms will be checked once every 24 hours for occupation and usage. Duplicate keys to the guest room will not be issued without the presence of the registered guest(s), and only after the presentation of valid photo identification.

The hotel has CCTV camera coverage and CCTV access is prohibited for guest viewing for any reason.

Smoking Policy

All rooms and public areas within the hotel are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor smoking areas and on the balcony of each room. The sale of tobacco and tobacco products to minors under the age of 18 is not permitted.

Smoking in a non-smoking area or inside the room will attract a penalty of INR 5000 per occurrence per person.

Cancellation/Deposit Policy

Cancellation and deposit policy are in accordance as per details enlisted in confirmation letter while making your reservation.

Payment Policy

At the time of check-in, the hotel will collect Room and taxes with approved credit card provided at check-in or an alternative mode of payment provided for the entire stay reserved. In addition to stay charges, the hotel will take a certain value of incidental charges to avoid any disruption or inconvenience during your stay.

Credit Card Policy

Physical presence of the credit card holder is mandatory to utilize the credit card at any point of sale at the hotel. The hotel does not accept cheque payments. By providing the credit card details at the time of reservation, you authorize the hotel to charge the card in case of a no-show or late cancellation.

Pet Policy

The hotel does not allow pets except for service animals.

Extra Person Policy

Children / Extra persons above 12 years will be considered as extra occupants, other than the number of guests registered while making the reservation and will be charged. The maximum occupancy in any room will be 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years.

Outside Food & Beverage Policy

Hotel does not allow outside food and beverages to be brought into the hotel, unless approved explicitly. Outside food and beverage consumption by resident guests is considered at their risk and the hotel will not be liable for any damage/inconvenience.

Visitor Policy

Hotel does not allow outside visitors, who are not registered with the hotel as occupants inside the guest room corridor or guest rooms. Guest’s meetings and entertainment are permitted in public areas or restaurants only. Photo ID proof will be required mandatory for visitors.

Guest Room Usage

Storing articles of combustible or hazardous in nature in the guest room is strictly prohibited. Usage of banned products or consumption of narcotic products/drugs is strictly prohibited. It is understood that guest room usage by guest is not for any activity not permitted under Indian Laws.

We do not allow any form of Gambling, Hookah, Firearms, Weapons and Flammable items inside the hotel.

The guest agrees that he/she shall not engage in, or willfully or negligently allow to occur in any illegal act such as for example Gambling etc.

Usage of Camera and Photography/Videography Equipment

Hotel does not allow professional camera or drone camera usage. Photography is prohibited unless written permission is granted. Photography, Commercial usage of photographs/videography within the hotel clicked at hotel is prohibited and is subject to written copyright approvals by the authorized representative of the hotel.

Guest Conduct

Hyatt Place Goa Candolim reserves the right of admission and entry of persons entering the hotel's facilities. In the unfortunate event that the client’s guests or their guest’s behavior becomes unacceptable and causes embarrassment or discomfort to others (guests or hotel staff) management of the hotel reserves the right to have the individual or individuals removed from the hotel premises.
