Great location and super clean hotel and friendly staff. Sea view rooms are superb!! If you like walking along the beach for exercise this hotel is a good location. Also close to other restaurant's in the area but the food is pretty good at the hotel so need need to venture out if you want to chill in the rooms. Good reliable Wifi which is important. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

Overall it was an excellent experience. The hotel was very well kept, the service was great from arriving until leaving. There were lots of different options for breakfast, catering for most peoples needs. Would highly recommend for business or pleasure.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt. The staff have been fantastic, very helpful and enthusiastic. The hotel is very clean and well kept, the location is ideal. The food is satisfactory, I am vegetarian so there are very limited and poor options when staying beyond a week. The menu could possibly be expanded to accommodate modern dietary requirements, this aside my experience here has been fantastic and I recommend staying here, I will be back in the future.

One of the best hotel in Macae town, highly recommended! Strategic location along the Beach, breakfast was fantastic, room was good and clean, and the price is reasonable. Friendly and helpful staffs and most importantly English spoken as well.

The frount desk attendent was terrible . We got there and the attendent Vitor asked me for my passport and then looked at my wife and said I quote , Will she be staying in the room . I then looked at him and loudly said thats my wife . She is black I am white ,Racism is Rampant in Brasil but did not expect it in a cosmopolitan place light Macae .

All amenities were wonderful! It was great to have employees who could speak english. The breakfast staff were on point every day of our two week stay!

The hotel is well located, area is quiet and safe. Short walk to bars and restaurants. Great staff, all very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice clean rooms, helpful staff, great location and view. Food in the restaurant was fair to poor especially the breakfast. The blackout curtains in the rooms are great kept it nice and dark when I wanted to sleep in.

Macaé economy is based in Oil field Business. But is possible to enjoy the City too. The Hyatt Place is The Best point to stay in.

Hyatt Macae is on strategic location, surrounding by many choices of restaurants. Supermarket just behind the hotel. Car park available. Bussiness facility is available. Wifi is good. Hotel is greatly clean.
