Minimum Age Policy

Credit Card Policy

A valid credit card must be presented at the time of check-in. The card will be authorized for room, tax and an additional $25 per night for incidentals. DEBIT CARD USERS: There is a $25 PER NIGHT authorization placed on your card at check-in to account for any incidental charges you may incur including but not limited to food and beverage charges. Funds will be held as a “pending charge” and will be unavailable to you. Any unused authorization is released within 7–10 business days after checkout, depending on your banking institution.

Smoking Policy

Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment. There is no smoking allowed in the public areas of the hotel or the guestrooms. The hotel will apply a $250 + tax cleaning fee to any guestroom that violates this non-smoking policy. We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Pets Are Welcome

Bring up to two dogs for your Fort Wayne visit when you choose Hyatt Place Fort Wayne - Northwest.
