Tourism Levy
The city of Frankfurt levies a tourism tax of €2 per person per night.
Children Accommodation
Children under the age of 12 stay for free in the room of their parents. For a second room booking for children under the age of 13, we can offer you, depending on availability, a second room at a family rebate of 50% of the room rate. Our Very Important Baby (VIB) Service is free, and we provide a baby crib and body care products for babies, like shampoo and lotion, on arrival.
F&B
Breakfast for children up to 6 years of age is free. Breakfast price for children between 6 and 12 years old is 50% of the breakfast rate. We offer kids menus and have children’s dishes, children’s high chairs and coloring books available at our Zoom restaurant.
Fitness
At the fitness area, children under the age of 16 are allowed access under the supervision of their parents.
Pet Policy
For your dog’s stay in our hotel, we will charge a fee of €30 per dog per night. Whereas dogs should not exceed a size of 65 centimeters and a weight of 25 kilograms. Dogs have to be kept on a leash anywhere in the hotel at all times. Please understand that we do not allow dogs in the 24/7 fitness center. We are happy to offer you our free VID ‘Very Important Dog’ Service:

- Dog bowl for an appropriate meal
Smoking
Our hotel is a nonsmoking hotel. Please note that we will charge an additional cleaning fee of €250 for prohibited smoking in our hotel rooms. Thank you very much for understanding.
