Hotel Policies

All reservations must have a valid credit card on file to secure the room. Reservations without a valid credit card may be subject to cancellation.

At Hyatt Place Hyatt Place Florence / Downtown, our minimum check-in age is 21.

Guests must show a valid ID matching the name on the reservation at check-in.

If the guest is under 21 or unable to provide proper identification at check-in, the reservation will be canceled; cancellation fees may apply.

Fees

1 - 6 nights: $100 total

7-30 nights: $100 + $100 deep cleaning fee ($200 total)

31+ nights: $200 + additional cleaning fee at hotel's discretion

Weight Limits and Restrictions

Only dogs weighing 50 pounds or less are permitted. Two dogs may be allowed in a guestroom if theircombined weight does not exceed 75 pounds. The fee covers this, and any exceptions are at the hotel'sdiscretion.
