Minimum Age Restriction

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in.

A person of the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in and become a registered guest in the room. Primary guest must be at least 21 years old to check-in to the Hyatt Place Fort Lauderdale. ID must be shown at the time of check-in.  

Credit Cards

We only accept credit or debit cards with a chip.

Credit Card Authorization Forms will only be accepted up until one day prior to arrival.

The hotel reserves the right to authorize one night room and tax charges; up to 24 hours prior to arrival. 

A $35 incidental deposit per night will be authorized on all credit and debit cards at the time of check-in to cover any incidental charges.

Pet Policy

At Hyatt Place Fort Lauderdale Cruise Port & Convention Center, we know no getaway is complete without your furry family. We welcome up to two dogs weighing 75 pounds or less combined.

FEES: 

1–6 nights: $100/stay 

7–30 nights: $100 plus $100 deep-cleaning fee

For stays exceeding 30 nights, please contact hotel.

WEIGHT LIMITS:

One dog: 50 lbs

Two dogs: 75 lbs combined

Early Check In / Late Check Out

Subject to availability. $30 Checking in prior to 12pm. $30 Extending check out to 2pm.

Package Policy

We are able to hold packages delivered to the hotel. Packages received up to and including 3 days prior to arrival are held complimentary. Any packages received beyond 3 days prior to arrival will incur a fee of $7 per package, per day.
