A good and affordable
Good price, transportation is overall convenient. Room is big, facility is good. The only thing to improve is the cleanliness on some details. The bus is only 20 minutes to Manhattan, but might be 1 hours during rush hours.

Excellent Location and Convenience
Excellent location. Free parking. Bus 320 runs every 10 minutes right in front of the hotel and in 15 minutes you're a few blocks from Times Square.

Great location and nice hotel
Great location, easy access to Manhattan. Clean hotel with excellent staff. I highly recommend it. The bus stop is right across the street from the entrance, and the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and stores.

Hotel was clean. Room was spacious. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Only problem was breakfast shut down at 9:45, not 10, so get there early. That hurt!

Friendly and comfortable stay
Great location, really convenient to MetLife Stadium. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great value for the location and time. Clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Easy and cost effective access to NYC
Very good location for families visiting the NYC for a vacation. Right outside the hotel you can catch bus 320 that will take you to Port Authority bus terminal and then you can connect easily to everywhere in NYC. Just $3.50 per head for reaching NYC is a great hassle free experience. The rooms are big to accommodate children with lots of free space. Water and coffee is available for free. Breakfast options are good but they remained same for each day of our stay which was a bit disappointing. Overall a great place to stay.

Making a family trip to New York City easier is exactly what convenient transportation should do, and we are glad the nearby bus service worked so well for your visit. Swaroop, the affordable ride to Port Authority gave you a simple way to reach the city without added hassle. We are pleased that your room provided plenty of space for your family. Excellent Family Stay
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hotel was **very clean and comfortable**, and the staff were extremely **helpful, friendly, and welcoming** throughout our visit. The **breakfast was generous and delicious**, with plenty of choices for the whole family. We also really appreciated how **quiet and peaceful** the hotel was, which made it perfect for a relaxing family stay. Overall, a great experience from beginning to end. Don’t hesitate to stay on the bay
Clean hotel with a wonderful breakfast! You are right on the Bay with a quick walk to the beach. Parking is $15 a day. Restaurants and bars right there with a fun atmosphere.

Clean, spacious, positive, and convenient location!
Friendly staff, clean hotel, large rooms, nice complimentary breakfast, and convenient location, the NJ Transit 320 bus to NYC is only steps away from the back of the hotel. Also conveniently located within walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and movie theater. And only a few minute drive to the American Dream mall and Meadowlands.

Disappointment
Abbreviated my Hyatt Rewards 3-day stay because I was bitten severely by bed bugs causing blistering on legs, back and arms. Upon request by night clerk I provided photos of reddened bites and photos of bugs. Thoroughly disgusted with the whole experience and what I perceived as indifferent management.

Following your report, we immediately removed the room from service and arranged for a licensed pest-control professional to conduct a thorough inspection and treatment. As a gesture of our sincere apology, we have approved 15,000 World of Hyatt points for your account. This includes the points associated with your unused night, along with additional points in recognition of the inconvenience, discomfort, and disappointment you experienced. Expensive Stay, Poor Facilities and Service
I stayed here during the FIFA World Cup Final weekend. The room rates were extremely high, but the service did not match the price. The front desk was unhelpful, breakfast was disappointing, and the overall guest experience was poor. If you’re charging premium event prices, guests should receive premium service. Unfortunately, no extra effort was made, and this stay was not worth the cost.

Great location and one bus away from NYC. Great breakfast and location. No complaints. The bus stop is in front of the hotel, the breakfast is always.

Happier stay
everything was great with the stay from cleanliness to the location of the hotel and commute options to NYC. There are lot of food and shopping options near by.

Great place to stay
Great place to stay. Staff is very friendly and make you feel at home. Close to many restaurants and shops. Breakfast was good and had a good variety of choices.

Best Stay in NJ for NYC visit
This hotel is right across the street from the bus stop that takes you right into NYC. There is a parking garage available on site and you can park your car there for free. Breakfast is included and fresh each morning!

Great Stay for Mother's Day
Our stay was excellent! The room had a city view and was very clean. I appreciate the sink outside of the bathroom so more than one person can get ready in the morning. The front desk staff, Shane, Jeremy, Steve and Savannah were so kind and welcoming! I will definitely be back. This property outshines most of the other Hyatt Place properties I've been to. Keep up the great work!

This hotel in Secaucus, NJ, is so convenient to hop on a NJ bus, into Manhattan, Port Authority Station.
This Hyatt Place Secaucus location is so convenient to travel into Manhattan via NJ bus #320 just across the street. It takes about 20-25 minutes arriving at Port Authority which is a big hub to transfe different trains throughout NYC depending on your destination. Hopefully, this hotel will offer the cook-to-ordered breakfast soon.

Great experience with this Hyatt Place hotel
Best customer service we’ve experienced recently. The room was in great condition, and the hotel’s location is excellent. Breakfast was good—while not exceptional, it still met expectations. There are also plenty of parking spaces available.
