Hotel very clean, Costomer service very poor. My recommendation is to work with your Costomer service staff. Could be better.

5th time at the property , Almesha Howard and Lance as always provided great service at Coconut Charlies, Bobby his wife and everyone else at the front desk were great and always had the info we needed. after years of complaining about the tv situation down by the pool, Ms. Samuel's was the 1st person to take the initiative to actually do something about it. looking forward to watching football games on site next year, barring a hurricane we will be back next fall.

Great beach front hotel!
Hotel staff was fabulous, Bobby welcomed us like we were family. The facility is very clean and organized. The pool area was very inviting!

OK stay..
Excellent front desk personell. Our stay was very nice...comfy bed, clean room, very nice balcony. The restaurant, Coconut Charlie's was VERY disappointing. The seafood platter ($38.95) is a joke! Frozen shrimp and squares of fish (similar to McDonald's fish sandwich fish patty) over cooked in deep fryer. Don't eat in the restaurant!

Excellent Stay!
This hotel is amazing; clean, beautiful, great staff! Bobby at the from desk is amazing and the best front man you could ask for! Amelia (sorry didn't spell right) and Keith at Coconut Charlie's were wonderful. The lady at the outside bar was so very sweet! 33, the maintenance man was hustling putting everything back from the hurricane. Graham at the umbrella and chair rental was super, attentive. Our room was fabulous, clean and well stocked with towels and supplies. The pool was cold, that's the only negative. Excellent place to stay!

Hurricane shelter and so much more!
Great place to stay safe during Hurricane Isaias! Covered parking, food, bar, and very helpful staff. Will stay again when there isn't a hurricane! Great pool and pool bar area, with a lazy river. Love This place!

Great Stay No Microwave
Stay and location was brilliant. It was a great place to live, but such a hotel doesn't have microwave in all rooms, and not even a single one in the lobby, that was a very sad part.

Good but not great
While the location is good and centrally located, and the room was large and beautiful view of the gulf, we will not be back due to the high price for very inconvenient parking, high priced rooms (we did not get the room we booked) and bad attitude of the staff. You can book a condo for the price of this place and have much better amenities. It is a pretty nice hotel, but just not a good value in my opinion.

Family Stay
Balcony room was amazing! Location right on the beach, room was clean. Beach chairs/ umbrella available for a fee was worth it!

Great Experience
The hotel had great access to the beach and there were several places within walking distance. We love the private balcony!

Beach Wedding Weekend
Hyatt Place Panama City Beach is such a beautiful hotel with well maintained amenities, friendly and accommodating staff, and gorgeous beach views. The parking garage was directly across the street from the hotel and had plenty of level 2 EV charging parking for those of us who travel with our electric vehicles. The hotel event room was on the second floor of the hotel which kept it tucked away from the other guest in the building and allowed for a more private feeling for the wedding reception.

Excellent experience!
Location! Beachfront Close to pier park, the coffee was great!, I liked having a restaurant on site, the decor was amazing. This hotel was very cool and it was kept tidy all day. The pool was nice with the lazy river. Loved, loved, the layout of my room. I would have loved having a balcony and Gulf view but my trip was impromptu so none were available. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely book here again! Also, loved the communication regarding my stay through email and the app. Top notch hotel.

Everything you need for a fee
Beach front room does not mean ocean view apparently. Everything is available for a fee, from parking, to beach chairs, to pool side seating, to coffee.

Be prepared for minimal housekeeping services
While the room size & layout was great, the limited housekeeping services would keep us from returning. Having to request toilet paper multiple times and dealing with overflowing trash bins in the room as a result of the limited service made it difficult to enjoy the room.

3rd Stay at this Location
Our stay was fantastic. Bobby, Rachelle, and all of the staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared. The hotel is perfect as its on the beach and dog friendly. The beds are comfy and the shower pressure was HIGH!

AMAZING place to Stay!
Truly an AMAZING place to stay! From the pool, the comfortable mattresses and pillows, AMAZING breakfast each morning, pool towels and toiletries provided by the hotel...Smaller Starbucks on site, pet friendly... this is our second time to stay and we will be back!!! Don't wait! You need to stay here! The lazy river is all you need to RELAX!!

We love this hotel!
We have stayed at this location many times. Excellent customer service every time by Bobby Taylor and Richelle Taylor. Also, we missed Lennon! We hope he can return to work soon!

Hyatt in Panama City Beach
I have been to this Hyatt multiple times. The location is very good. The amenities are nice and it is reasonable priced. I like how you can walk to everything. Everything is great there except it is getting more crowded than it use to be in the off season.
