Booked an 11 day vacation, and left after 5!
There was NO hospitality. Booked an 11 day vacation, and left after 5! Too many idiodic rules. Nothing accommodating about any step of the hotel experience. Check in lady was rude, and was rude to everyone every day. Overcharged at every step. Parking was supposed to be secured, gate was broken, yet, we were still charged full rate. Paid $40 resort fee for parking and beach chairs. Beach chairs avail only 10-5. 5pm GET OUT! Pool area closes at 10 pm, no excuses. This sweet family ordered 8 pizzas and were trying to enjoy their last night together at their family reunion, didnt matter. 9:59, GET OUT! NEVER AGAIN!

Wonderful property.
Very nice property right on the beach. Outstanding complementary breakfast spread. Beautiful pool. Right across the street from a souvenir shop and also a liquor store to purchase essentials.

Not worth it
CONS Folks drinking beer/alcohol in the pool even though it says no outside drinks. Ive seen some kids reach for cans. Another person was vaping in the pool which also states no smoking or vaping near the pool. Really need a security enforcement. There are a lot of kids. Very little amount of space around the pool. Folks washing shoes after returning from the beach in the pool. Shower didn't have a detachable shower head as it was shown in the pictures. It made it really hard to wash the newborn. We mentioned it to the staff and were told too bad and to shower with the baby. Fridge was broken, but later repaired. Do not go to breakfast after 9 AM, especially if you have a stroller, because there is no place to sit. Beach is taken over by chair and umbrella rentals. Nowhere to sit unless you sit by the water. Sofa bed frame is clumsy. I was skeptical of my child sleeping on it, so instead we had two of them sleep on the bunk bed. A lot of people with very little space to accommodate the guests. Lobby almost nonexistent. PROS Pool is nice, large, and the lazy river is cool. It has nice shade to cover from the sun. Breakfast had good food. The rooms are nice, but not the same as in the reservation picture. For example, no rug and no detachable shower head. Small details but important if you have a crawling baby. Shopping stores are not far if you are willing to walk. There is no curbside all the way to the stores. You will have to go through grass. (FYI for parents with strollers).

We loved Hyatt Place PCB!
Hyatt Place PCB exceeded all of our expectations! It was extremely clean comfortable. The view from our balcony was beautiful. The pool area and the beach were immaculate! We will definitely be back!

BEST Place to Stay at PCB!!!
Hyatt Place Panama City Beach is an amazing place to stay and I highly recommend it, especially if you want a wonderful alternative to renting a condo. The breakfast was great, and the beach access was perfect! The best part is Hyatt Place Panama City Beach is pet friendly!

Best of 2025 beach trip
Love this hotel. Will be back.The view is amazing.The rooms are spacious. Breakfast is delicious. Seen dolphins from our room.

Great hotel!!! Lots of restaurants and activities within walking distance. Very clean and very friendly staff! We would definitely stay here again

Hyatt didn’t disappoint!
Wonderful experience and a great location! Short walk to downtown and the Pier, lively area! Pool was absolutely beautiful, rooms were lovely and the staff were great! The front desk was very accommodating and friendly, I would definitely stay again!

Pleasantly surprised!
What a nice hotel resort! Very clean; staff is so nice. The luxury of having restaurant/coffee/breakfast plus the nice pool and pool bar— unbeatable! I will definitely recommend to others and I’d stay again! An impressive stay.
