Must stay when in Dubai
Good hotel with good staff ,excellent location.Near to malls and shopping plus the food street of Rigga.15 min from the airport

Wonderful Stay at Hyatt Place Dubai Wasl District
I had a wonderful experience staying at Hyatt Place Dubai Wasl District. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well organized. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The room was spacious and well maintained, and the facilities were excellent. I especially appreciated the friendly and professional attitude of the staff, who were always welcoming and ready to assist whenever needed. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options. Overall, the service, cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend Hyatt Place Dubai Wasl District to anyone visiting Dubai. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit!

Worst Hotel, poor service & option less breakfast buffet
Bad experience. Hotel is very old. Lobby was hotter most of the time. Breakfast buffet was pathetic, not much for vegetarians, slow & poor service but quite efficient while closing buffet at 10:30. I will give it zero, please don't book it and spoil your vacations

Comfort and Pleasant for stay
Customer Service During Peak Hours During peak or rush hours, all staff members must attend to customers strictly in the order of their arrival. Priority must be given to the person who arrived first, regardless of their religion, nationality, ethnicity, gender, or any other personal background. Staff are expected to maintain fairness, equal treatment, professionalism, and respect toward every customer at all times. Discrimination or preferential treatment based on personal characteristics is not acceptable.

Great location
The location is very close to the airport about 12-15 minute drive and the hotel was overall clean and very nice. The only problem I had was some of the towels had an unpleasant smell. Either not washed properly or kept near the kitchen because I had smell of food unfortunately. Luckily the staff was very helpful

Scintillating Experience at The Hyatt Place wasl district
Amazing place. Strategically located opp to mall, walking distance to metro with a plethora of eateries around. Rooms were spacious. Checkin was fast and staff was very helpful.

Hidden Gem in the City Center
Rooms are very clean and spotless,thank you house keeping team.Also staff are friendly and welcoming especially Kristen who did were checking in very fast and smoothly she was attentive and delivered.Keep up the fire burning.

Cny vacation stay for 3 pax
Found a 3 pax room here which is quite difficult to find one in dubai. I chose twin room with sofa bed and unexpectedly the sofa bed was comfortable. Great hotel experience. Near to supermarket and it is within the range for day trip pick up. Good hospitality and great food.

Quiet comfortable and good location
No Housekeeping came for room clean and the breakfast menu remains unchanged since two years ago. smoking in front of the hotel door is not a pleasant sight....We have been living in the Hyatt Place Dubai Wasl District for the last 2-3 years. The receptionist and security staff are excellent and very helpful. The chef was excellent. Good location for shopping and food.

Hyatt builds a relationship with you - it is not just a visit !
Hyatt Place Al Wasl makes you attached to it and ensure you come back, despite the wide range of hotel options available. The reason is that they have amazing warm, kind and staffs who go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and ensure a smooth stay. Big Shout out to Mr. Jaydeep and to Mr. Abu Talib of the housekeeping team. They make sure to avail them any time to guarantee a spotless service. From the hard working receptionist, kind security and help bellboy. This is what will make you return to Hyatt despite the room rates hiking up and does not match the surrounding. For this rate, the hotel will need to consider more upgrades in terms, of breakfast, room and entertainments.
