Great for business travellers
Great Hotel for stay. Near by baniyas metro station. On request got upgraded to deluxe room. I was welcomed with warm gesture. The staff were very kind and on request they used to look after all the small requirements. Breakfast is also very good.

Excellent location with decent amenities
Hyatt Place Dubai boasts an excellent location near Al Rigga metro station, making it convenient for travelers. The hotel offers decent amenities with clean rooms and a nice pool. However, the breakfast is average, lacking variety and flavor, which could be improved.

Excellent stay
Everything was great, especially the staff was very helpful and courteous. Location is very good, few minutes walk to Naif market. Just 15 min away from airport in off peak hours. Good breakfast with decent variety of food. No complaints at all!!

Verygood experience
Overall experience was very good and pleasant. The hospitality was very good. There was wide spread of items during breakfast from continental to Indian. One thing which may need improvement is the pool timings which was opening only at 8.30 am.

Nice, affordable hotel in good location
Very good location and excellent customer service. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast was decent. The hotel is close to main shopping markets including the Gold Market, and accessible to other parts of Dubai through the metro, which is just few steps away.

A good Hotel to stay at.
I would love to stay here again.Normally I visit twice in a year for Dubai and sometimes more than that.

the room was good
The Staff of your hotel were helpful throughout our stay.The Room was comfortable, Mosque near and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and now we are missing same.Every time we shall come to Dubai we will stay at Hyatt only, and good to take note that it is the 5th time my husband staying at Hyatt and mine 3rd time.I have already recommend my colleagues and other family also.

The hotel was excellent in terms of reception,cleanliness, breakfast, staff responses to demands,very accomodating,concierge services.The team ad a whole in the hotel were excellent I must say.And I would recommend it always.The hotel was also central.

Girls trip
This was my 2nd visit to the property. This time around I came with my friends for a week stay. Ideally located meant that we did alot of shopping . Rooms were nice and comfy and for a change pillows were also good. Slight variation in options needed for breakfast. Overall I would not hesitate to come back on my next visit

Property and location was very nice and clean

Family Vacation
Went to thus hotel in Aug 2024 with a large group. Staff were very helpful to try and give rooms clise by. Rooms were clean altho lighting in the rooms are not great. Housekeeping are on time and are fast. Breakfast options are not amazing however nobody went hungry. Overall our stay was good and most likely i will be using this hotel again.

Wonderful Stay at Hyatt Place Baniyas Square
I had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place Baniyas Square, thanks to the incredible staff and the convenient location. Jaideep, the manager, was a humble and genuinely nice person, always ensuring everything was perfect during my stay. Jiten, the chef, was always caring, making sure I was well taken care of at every meal. Ruth, the waiter, was a delight—always smiling and maintaining a calm and welcoming demeanor. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, with the metro close by and Naïf Souk just a short walk away. With plenty of shopping options and KFC and McDonald’s only 2 minutes from the hotel, it was incredibly convenient. Thank you to the team for making my stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend Hyatt Place Baniyas Square for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.
