Great Hotel in Novi
Always a clean comfortable room with friendly and helpful staff. TV's are dated and not as fast with no options for Netflix or other streaming services.

Our go to in Wixom
Always our go too when going to Wixom. Staff is great. Hotel isn't rundown. Breakfast is great. Hotel bar actually stays open until 1:30. Breakfast/bar area open to sit, hangout, order food after shows close. Hotel management is great as well

Great Experience and the Hyatt Place - Detroit/Novi
As a Mom that travels with our son periodically for hockey tournaments, we have stayed in some good and bad hotels over the years. This Hyatt Place was at the top of the list and we have been travelling for hockey over 10 years. Clean, helpful staff, no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend for anyone staying in the Deroit/Novi area.

Breakfast Options/Staff Friendliness/Hidden Costs
The check-in process was great; the staff was very friendly and helpful on Saturday; but on Sunday the staff was lukewarm on being friendly and responsive—no smiles etc. Plus, the breakfast on Sunday didn’t offer a turkey bacon nor turkey/chicken sausage option. We were told that we got what was left for breakfast because it was a busy weekend. The hotel should accommodate all guests with a variety of options. We don’t eat pork or beef. Only turkey, chicken or fish. Very disappointing. Make sure you check the fine print for total cost (taxes/fees) when booking.

Great Time at the Hyatt Place Detroit/Novi
The staff was great, and the housekeeping was wonderful! My stay was lovely and comfortable. The hotel was busy, yet well kept. I loved the French toast sticks and pancakes in the morning at breakfast!

Pleasant and enjoyable hotel.
Very nice stay. The best beds and pillows on earth! Conveniently located to the freeway and access to the Suburban Center for the Michigan State Fair.

Impressed with this hotel
I was quite impressed with this hotel on my recent stay. Everything in my room was clean and worked as it should and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was well-prepared and contained a good variety of offerings, and there was plenty of assistance readily available if one had questions. Staff was professional and helpful, and it was extremely convenient to the convention I was there to attend on-site. Small frustration with the ice machine on my floor being out of service, but there were others available and I quickly found one on a higher floor and was back to my room in no time. I've stayed in a number of hotels across the country in the last few months for various reasons, including a highly disappointing and overpriced Westin. I have to say, this has been my best experience of them all. I would choose to come back here any time. They are doing everything right!

Could have been a great visit.
The AC in our room was broken. They said they would send someone to fix it, but it was no better when we returned. No status update. When we left, I told the person at the front desk, but she was not interested in that information, "OK, thanks for letting me know." WHAT? Useless. Take the AirPods out of your ears and do your job. The room itself was very nice (we got the Suite). The check-in process was good. If the AC wasn't broken (and the indifferent front desk person) it would have been a fine visit.

Gem in Metro Detroit
Hyatt Place is a favorite, but this one is exemplary, with great staff, an excellent facility and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was outstanding. It was busy and there were lines because of volume, but staff kept everything replenished and area clean. Great location, close to busy thoroughfares, but felt secure. Great lobby and meeting areas.

Short visit
Great location. Everything ypu need is a short drive. Clean, spacious, and friendly. Live entertainment was a great reason to sit on the patio.

Clean Comfortable Friendly
This Hyatt always delivers a clean, comfortable stay. Of course, complimentary breakfast saves time (and money) for a busy business traveler like myself. The friendly and attentive staff are a pleasure to interact with and make this hotel shine compared to many others I've stayed with. I consistently stay here when I'm in Novi for conventions for all these reasons.

Great place to stay in Novi.
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property was clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly quiet throughout my visit, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The room was comfortable, the bed was cozy, and everything felt fresh and organized. Staff members were friendly and helpful during check-in and throughout the stay. While it’s not a luxury hotel, it offered great value for the price and had everything I needed for a comfortable trip. The location was convenient, parking was easy, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

A nice stay

Don’t stay at this place! Terrible service!
Terrible stay. Water didn’t work in the morning. Was not able to use bathroom or take a shower. No solution was offered by the hotel, no compensation. Also, I called to make sure they had an EV charger prior to our stay, which they confirmed. When I arrived the charger was not working. I inquired at the front desk and they said “ that thing hasn’t worked in forever”. They never mentioned this when I called. No offer for compensation or even an apology for the extreme inconvenience.

Absolutely Wonderful!
I recently attended a Destination Michigan event here and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our event and stay. Breakfast was excellent! The breakfast burrito bar was awesome! The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable- the bed made for a great night’s sleep. Our group was welcomed with sweet treats in the rooms upon arrival, which was such a nice and thoughtful touch. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable experience, and I would highly recommend to anyone, especially to businesses looking to host an off-site/overnight event there! It is very convenient!

Great Hotel in Novi
This hotel and its staff is consistently good. The rooms are well appointed with comfortable furniture. The beds are sumptuous and sleep is always great. Breakfast is varied, hot, and a good start to the day. The Staff is always cheerful and helpful. I stay multiple nights each year in this property and am happy to do so.

Great Experience
This was my first time staying at the Hyatt in years. When walking into the hotel the atmosphere was calm and inviting. The staff greeted me with a professional attitude. I liked how you to accessed your floor with your room key on the elevator. That safety measured reassured me that my family was safe at all cost by the hotel. Our room was perfect overall, the cleanness of the room was top of the line compared to other hotels i have been at recently. Our stay was for a Cheerleading Competition which was so convent then having to travel back and fourth during the snow storm. I would like Thank the Hyatt for a wonderful experience.

Pool = Rash
I stay away from the pool. Our kids had a horrible rash and the pool had a huge whole where the pool floor was breaking and was sharp
