Always a relaxing stay at Hyatt Place
Nice hotel with convention center attached. It's surprisingly very quiet considering all the activity going on. Nice bar and eatery with friendly staff and free breakfast. I've been here a few times and will keep coming back.

Nice Stay!
Had a great experience, nice hotel and clean. All the staff we encountered were friendly and very responsive. Room was a great size and comfortable.

Hyatt Detroit-Novi is outstanding
Great experience at the Hyatt Detroit-Novi. I wish I could remember all the names, but Katherine and her team went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful. From adjusting my room rate for the Toyota Exchange (since there were some website issues), to providing access to an iWatch charger I had forgotten, and even offering great dinner recommendations (especially Sedona Tap!), the service was exceptional. I will definitely return!

Best hyatt place!
Best hyatt place we have stayed. Exceptionally clean and seems brand new. Slept the best I have in months. Didn’t want to get out of bed. We will definitely stay there again if in the area again.

It’s around back. Enjoy!
Clean and easy stay. Takes a bit to navigate the grounds. Take a right immediately after entry and follow around back. Also, if staying during convention just mentioned that you’re a hotel guest so you’re not paying for parking.

Dirty and overcharged
Dirty, overcharged my bill when it was free night and i was told there were no charges upon checkout out. Phone dirty and not functional, popcorn in the bed. Some front desk not nice. Food could be better. Was told fee would be taken off and it wasnt!

Perfect for Novi Convention Goers
Without a doubt the best place to stay when attending a convention at Novi’s Suburban Collection Showcase. Hyatt Place is connected to the convention center, so activities are just a short walk from your cozy room. There’s also a swimming pool for soaking, and the staff is amongst the friendliest I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. Plenty of parking in front of the hotel, too. I’d give Hyatt Place five stars, but the dining options were limited. Fortunately plenty of restaurants are a short drive away!

Perfect hotel stay!
Comfortable beds, clean rooms, fantastic breakfast, and very friendly staff! I really enjoyed the fruit infused water in the lobby, too. My daughter enjoyed the pool. I would highly recommend that anyone staying in the area stay at this hotel, either with their family or solo. Perfect hotel!

All I could ever ask for and more!
While attending the GLMM in May of 2025 I stayed here for 2 nights. What an amazing place - SO clean and every staff person was so helpful. My room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was well lit and shower large. An added benefit was its location. Through a series of hallways, the hotel is attached to the Novi convention center. What a convenience! I'll be back!
