Pet Policy
Guests are limited to one housebroken dog at any time, which must not exceed 22 kilograms (50 pounds). Service animals are welcome without any additional charge.

Customer Mediation Policy
After contacting the customer service of SAS PDC2 - Hyatt Place Rouen, and in the absence of a satisfactory response or any response within 60 days, the customer may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Mediator, whose contact details are as follows:

The establishment SAS PDC2 - Hyatt Place Rouen is a member of the Tourism and Travel Mediation service as a member of the professional union “UMIH”, duly listed on the website www.mtv.travel under the “members” section.
Hotel Policies
Check-in and Check-out Times
- Check-in: 3:00 PM
- Check-out: 12:00 PM Unless otherwise stated on the booking confirmation voucher issued by Hyatt Place Rouen.
Identification Requirement
For security reasons, a valid government-issued photo ID showing the guest’s address is required upon check-in for each occupant of the room. Accepted documents include a driver’s license and/or passport.
Family & Breakfast Policy
Children Accommodation
Children aged 12 years and under stay free of charge when using existing bedding in the room. Baby cots must be requested in advance (limited availability).
Breakfast
For room rates that include breakfast, registered children aged 12 years or under enjoy complimentary breakfast (hotel residents only). For guests older than 12 years, the following conditions apply:
- Breakfast reserved the day before: €19 per person (non-refundable once booked)
- Breakfast purchased on the same day: €25 per person
These differentiated rates are intended to reduce food waste and improve meal preparation management.
Early Arrival / Late Check-Out
Early Arrival
Early arrivals between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM are subject to a €30 fee, based on availability.
Late Check-out Policy
- Between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM: €30 surcharge
- Until 4:00 PM: 50% of the nightly room rate
- After 4:00 PM: Full night’s room rate Subject to availability.
Parking Policy
Overnight parking is available at €19 per night, reserved for hotel guests and subject to mandatory security checks. Please note that parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance. Maximum vehicle height: 2 meters.
Electric vehicle charging stations are available at the following rates:
- €7 for 3 hours
- €15 for 6 hours
- €39 for a full overnight charge (Maximum power: 22 kWh)
The hotel accepts no responsibility for theft or damage to vehicles parked on the premises.
Wellness Area / Spa
The spa is open daily to both hotel guests and external visitors:
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Access to the aquatic area is by prior reservation only. Entry is permitted for guests aged 13 and above, accompanied by an adult.
Spa Access Rates for Hotel Guests:
- €13 per person for 1 hour
- €20 per person for 2 hours
For External Guests:
- €25 per person for 1 hour
- €35 per person for 2 hours
Massages and treatments are also available — advance reservation required.
Fitness Room
Access to the fitness center is strictly reserved for hotel guests aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted, even when accompanied. The gym is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Terms of Use
The hotel accepts no responsibility for the safety or well-being of users. It is assumed that each user is in good physical condition and has the necessary knowledge to use the facilities safely. For further information or reservations, please contact the front desk.
Cancellation / Deposit Policy
All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card, advance payment, or bank transfer. The hotel reserves the right to charge a no-show fee in case of guest absence.
A pre-authorization equivalent to the total stay amount, including taxes, may be processed within 48 hours prior to arrival. If the pre-authorization is declined, the reservation may be canceled.
Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the arrival date, according to the conditions of the booked rate. Some reservations are non-refundable and non-cancellable — in such cases, the card is charged at the time of booking. Any late cancellation or no-show will result in the full stay being charged.
Pre-authorization at Check-in
Upon check-in, a credit card pre-authorization will be taken to cover any potential incidental charges during the stay. This is not a charge, but a temporary hold that will be automatically released after departure, in accordance with the issuing bank’s policy.
CCTV Surveillance
The hotel maintains strict CCTV monitoring; access to CCTV footage is strictly prohibited to guests under any circumstances.
The hotel reserves the right of admission. Guest rooms and guest-only floors are accessible to registered guests only; visitors must be received in the hotel’s public areas.
