If I could give this place a negative zero, I would. Worse place to stay! Management is awful. They do not clean rooms efficiently or by request. If you report an issue, you will not hear back from them. I spoke to a person by the name of Jacob. He said he was the Operation Manager. I explained my situation to him and provided pictures. Nothing got resolved, nor would he take my calls. He was always busy. The rooms are outdated. Go to the Hampton Inn, it’s a better hotel.

The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. The entire staff was extremely friendly and made you feel like a valued guest. I have stayed at many hotels over the years and this ranks within my top two or three in total experience. I would recommend it without reservation.

Easy registration process. The key card machine wasn’t working but that was the only delay. The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The towels were clean. The TV worked. The breakfast was a normal breakfast, nothing special.

Specified attention to needing a room without water damage for medical reasons. That was never vetted. First room assigned had visible water damage, carpet was wet, and mold growth. Room was well below a basic and minimun standard for cleanliness, and the hotel seemed unmaintained from a maintenance standpoint. Requested to view a second room, which was still unclean, fingerprints all over surfaces, potentially unchanged bedding that had hair and wrinkled sheets in the shape of a body, (slept on the other bed), unknown substances, a spider, bugs, and dirt on the couch. Luckily I had alcohol wipes and was able to clean the room, but would not recommend staying here. Reception was kind. Breakfast offered no allergy friendly options.

Excellent stay. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Not crazy about the breakfast but that was about it. There was plenty of options but just was not into it I guess. The room was clean and spacious. I never experienced a problem with anything working improperly. The back lobby door needs to be fixed. The key card failed to work there. In any case, I would stay again without a problem.

The front desk/ bartender girl worked very little, our group gave her $40 and she let us know she was not pleased and that was not enough. Beer was too high at 6 0r 7 dollars per so we walked to the corner store and sat outside. Also I was charged $15 one night at 2am with no explanation other than it would go off my card, it hasn't. Very nice and clean Hotel. Service was so so. Beer at the bar was around 6$ a can. Breakfast was a bit better than a regular continental. Would stay again.

My son has recently needed surgeries which required us to stay in DFW, this Hyatt Place is closest to his home. The staff here are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and comfy with plenty of space for two adults. It is quiet at night. A+

Worst hotel experience in a very long time. Look elsewhere. Not up to Hyatt standards in any way. Hyatt should be embarrassed. I stay at hotels over 100 nights/year and this is the worst I can remember in a long time. Filthy carpets, dim lighting, super old, terrible breakfast. Just bad all around. So many other options around.

No restaurant, not really a bar- if you are looking to eat or drink on site, find another hotel. It is in a convenient location for AT&T stadium, DFW, and Six Flags. It is a value price, and expect what you pay for - that is all you will get. Staff was bothered to look up when we checked in, and systems were down when we checked out. I got an alert on the app later in the day that it was time to check out- and I was already in Chicago by then so I was not checked out at 430 when we left as I was told.

The room was clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Check in was easy as well as check out. Breakfast was fresh and hot even right before end of breakfast times. We received all of our benefits as World of Hyatt members and had a pleasant experience overall.
