Smoking Policy

Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment (including vaping), and any room found to have been smoked in is subject to a smoking fee of no less than $250, plus tax. We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately.

Pet Policy

We welcome your canine companions at Hyatt Place Denver Tech Center. Dogs only. All dogs must be housebroken. Prior to your arrival, please call our hotel at +1 303 804 0700 to let us know you’ll be bringing your dog(s).

FEES:  

1–6 nights: $100/stay 

7–30 nights: $175/stay (includes cleaning fee)  

WEIGHT LIMITS: 

One dog: 50 lbs 

Two dogs: 75 lbs combined
