The hotel was nice with ample space. The check - in process was good and the staff was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately our room was cleaned and our personal items were bagged and taken out of the room 3 hours before check out during my daughter's doctor's appointment. It felt like we were pushed out.

Exceptionally clean room! The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! Close to restaurants and shopping.

The rooms were clean and in a good location near a mall and some restaurants. The housekeeping was good. However, there were many small issues with the room. 1) Refrigerator not cold enough, 2) Toilet tank did not fill back up quickly, 3) Limited TV channels and no working TV guide; 4) Continental breakfast was slow on refilling empty food; 5) Continental breakfast was pretty much repetitive rotating the following: a) Canadian bacon; b) sausage; or c) bacon. They also rotated between a) pancakes, b) French toast sticks, or c) waffles. Everything else seemed pretty much the same.

The staff was great and communicated throughout my stay. The really only downside was the breakfast. The food was held in this heavy a$$ lids like dutch ovens. Poor kid in front of me couldn't hardly lift the lid. After you lift lid no place to put your plate down to fill it. No hot oatmeal ready and the pan that carried the french toast, pancakes and waffles was always very soggy. Get a waffle maker! Also, the bathroom is a little tight. The staff Victoria and Kris? (Overnight guy) were awesome.

Wonderful room — clean and spacious. Hotel is located within a large shopping area but there are sidewalks for walking around.

The hotel was super clean, and the staff was always there to help when I needed something. Everyone was so friendly and professional—it really made my stay special.

This is a great, very convenient location. Close to good dining options and the really nice mall. Easy to get to where we needed to go. Rooms and hotel are nothing fancy, but for the price, it's a bargain! The free breakfasts were more than adequate, the staff were all friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Staff were all super nice and friendly, made us feel welcome. They offered free water, which is a nice touch at that altitude.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was modern and clean. They ask for $15 per night to park in an open air parking lot. The front staff was kind enough to tell us we could park on the street to avoid the charge. There are only about 10 spaces at best on the street. The bathrooms are incredibly small. You can't open the door without standing beside the toilet. The door barely clears the toilet when opening. The plumbing was noisy when someone above our room was using the shower.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming, the room and common areas were very clean, and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. Highly recommended!

Great customer service and easy check-in, clean rooms, and location can’t be beat! We will be back next time we come to see family!

Amazing hotel in a nice area in South Denver. The interior was immaculate and the breakfast selection was fantastic. For the price this was very hard to beat outside of 5-star expensive hotels. The shower was great too with the available shampoo and body wash. Would absolutely book another stay at this hotel.

Great hotel with courteous staff! Conveniently located near many restaurants and I-25. Will definitely be staying there again.

My stay at the Hyatt Denver was deeply disappointing. Upon check-in, my room (214) was filthy—hair shavings on the bed, dirt on the pillow, and rust and grime in the shower. Although the manager responded promptly and provided excellent customer service, the housekeeping staff was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive, making me feel like I was inconveniencing them. The manager personally moved me to a new room, and her professionalism was the only redeeming part of this stay. Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness and the poor attitude of staff made the experience unacceptable. I would never return to this property and cannot recommend it.

This is a great place! Nice area, decent breakfast, close to main highways so traveling to downtown is about 30 minutes. Comfy beds, clean rooms, covered pool. Will stay here again!

Breakfast is OK, better than continental. I specifically was told by three different staff after requesting a room, clean and refresh that it would be done and it was not done.

Very pleased with this hotel experience - comfortable, clean, rooms are good sized and well-appointed, bed was comfortable. Good coffee (free), with espresso service at the small bar. Rooms are very affordable for the quality of the hotel. Would stay here again for sure.

This hotel has it all. Great location, great staff and large spacious rooms. The breakfast is wonderful. The staff is always kind and welcoming. Whenever in Denver area we always choose to stay here! It is a short walk to wonderful restaurants and shopping.
