Pet Policy

Hyatt Place Colorado Springs / Downtown accepts service animals only as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). All Pet Policy violations start at $250 per violation. Please contact the hotel directly with any questions.

Smoking Policy

Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment (including vaping) and any room found to have been smoked in is subject to a smoking fee of no less than $250 plus tax. We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately.

Incidentals Policy

A valid credit or debit card must be presented at the time of check-in. The card will be authorized for room, tax, and an additional $40 per night for incidentals.

Debit Card Users: Funds will be held as a “pending charge” and will be unavailable to you. Any unused authorization is released within 7–10 business days after checkout Depending on your banking institution this hold can take up to 30 days to release. We recommend you use a credit card to check in, and then use your debit card at the time of checkout to settle your balance.
