Smoking Policy

Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment (including vaping) and any room found to have been smoked in is subject to a smoking fee of no less than $250 + tax. We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately.

Reservations Policy

The minimum age to reserve a guest room at Hyatt is 21 years old. A person of the minimum age requirement must be present at Check-in and become a registered guest in the room. 

Pet Policy

We welcome your canine companions at Hyatt Place Daytona Beach – Oceanfront.The hotel accepts dogs only; they must be housebroken.

Fees

  • Stays of 1-6 nights: $100 + tax nonrefundable fee. 
  • Stays of 7-30 nights: $100 + tax and an additional $100 + tax nonrefundable fee. 
  • For stays exceeding 30 nights, please contact hotel.

Weight

  • We welcome up to two (2) dogs per room, at 50 pounds for one dog and no more than 75 pounds combined.

Housekeeping service is only offered if the pet is crated, or guest must be in the room; requires “pet door hanger” to alert staff. We reserve the right to refuse pets that do not meet customary standards for household pets, based on species, odor or aggressiveness. 

Pets must be leashed at all times and are not allowed in food service, pool areas or the beach. Guests with pets are placed on pet-friendly floor to enhance the stay of pet owners and non-pet owners.
