  • Won't be staying here again :(

We are World of Hyatt members and have stayed at several Hyatt this year. The Hyatt Places have not been nice. We've stayed in them in past years and didn't have this many issues. Hyatt Place Sharonville was clean and newer but we had many issues. In the room, there was no shower curtain even though there is a bath/shower combo with a shower rod. We called down for on because water was getting all over the floor and was told by front desk that they didn't have any shower curtains! All the lights and plugs between the beds didn't work. At the pool there were 11 lights off. Out of 16 lights, only 5 worked. It was dark and loud in there. If one person talked, it sounded like they were using a microphone. The hotel appears to have been updated recently so except for the issues above, it did not seem rundown. We went down to breakfast at 8am and the food was just warm. There wasn't a lot left but they did finally refill around 820am. The milk was sour and the eggs were not good but the sausage and waffles were good.

  • Good Stay for Cincy Music Fest!

Great hotel with lots of things by it. Staff was friendly and responsive. Breakfast was good and adequate. Had a charging station for electric car.

  • My stay cation at Hyatt Place is one I will put on repeat.

The room was great. The bed was comfy and cozy. The hotel is great for a stay cation. It's in a prime location which makes getting around quite easy, also it's not far from downtown Cincinnati. Book your next stay at Hyatt Place in Sharonville you won't regret it.

  • Great Place in you are Coming to the Convention Center

Very comfortable, spacious and quiet room wonderfully located connected to convention center. Breakfast was ok but there's not a lot to eat for someone gluten-free. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was very positive which I assume means they have good management.

  • Terrible Experience

This was such a disappointing trip. The room was not cleaned, a light bulb was out and never replaced, and the blinds were too small for the window. The shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were never refilled. The staff was unable to handle the breakfast crowd. This was a place we were forced to stay for a sports tournament. But there were several other sports teams staying there. The breakfast time was so short, and never enough for athletes.

  • Worst Breakfast

The hotel itself was fine. It felt like every other Hyatt we have stayed at. However, the breakfast was absolutely horrible. The food was not good and there were not enough plates and utensils for everyone. I had to butter my toast with a plastic spoon. The kitchen staff was also very bitter and angry about being asked constantly for a fork. The pool was also always out of towels.

  • NEVER AGAIN….ceiling leaking on our heads and beds….customer service awful!

The TV and internet did not work as it should! Our roof/ceiling was leaking water and dripping on our heads and bed so we could only use one bed in the room. Was told by the front desk it wasn’t their problem and that they could not do anything about it any of it!!!

  • Do NOT book!

The employees are rude. Breakfast was ridiculous and the food was either cold or not done . Trash cans in the hallway were not taken out, as it was overflowing at times . Rooms were not the cleanest. There was squished bug stains on the sheets and the floor on the room was extremely dirty. Just book a diff hotel!

  • Stay elsewhere

The room was visibly clean. But now I know what bed bugs are! Unenthusiastic reception desk staff who change in their facial expression when they hear an answer to their own question, "where are you from?". Pre-made 6-7-item breakfast. The pool was cloudy. Never saw any guests in the pool area. Adjacent to the Convention Center, and thus convenient. Great Third Eye Brewery across the street. Not worth $300/night, I paid through Expedia with an almost a year-ahead booking.

  • Could Use Attention to Detail

Overall, fine experience but a couple things could be improved. Our bathroom door did not work, the area above the water in the pool did not look clean and there were no towels in the pool room. There was no toaster in the breakfast area and food available was pretty light.
