Most everything was great. From check-in, to the room, to the breakfast. to check-out. The entire staff was very helpful with every request. There were even tooth picks at breakfast. (that was great) and it was the best hotel breakfast I have had in a long time. It's been some time since I stayed at a Hyatt but I will restart my choice to stay at more Hyatt's.

The hotel was a great experience all around! The Staff is all so very kind and caring about the guests needs! Breakfast was delicious every morning! Great place to stay!!

Our room was clean, the water was hot, the shower was strong and the A/C worked great. It was quiet and relaxing. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was lovely, and the facilities were superb. Parking was free and accessible, and the hotel was easy to get to from the interstate but not so close that the traffic was a disturbance during sleep hours. Our convention was perfectly accommodated there, and I'm really looking forward to returning next year!

Had a great stay at Hyatt Place Cincinnati / Sharonville Convention Center. The hotel was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. The location is convenient with easy access to the convention center and surrounding attractions. Breakfast was good, parking was easy, and the overall experience was smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the Cincinnati area.

I have stayed at many Hyatt properties. There will always be some that need some TLC from wear and tear as with any hotel chain, but the one thing I expect from a hotel is clean beds. Both of our beds were dirty and stained. There was also spills on the carpet that I was easily able to clean with a wipe so this indicated to me that no attention was given to cleaning. But the beds worried me the most. I notified the front desk, I got an apology and 2 new sets of bedding to replace myself. I will also share that breakfast was poor. Most things were empty, the sanitizer was empty, and it was the front desk person handling the breakfast station instead of a dedicated employee.

Wonderful stay, great breakfast. Perfect location for my business trip. Would recommend this hotel to my friends and co-workers. Would stay again.

Loved the location and cleanliness of the hotel! The staff were friendly and very helpful! It was a great central location for all the different arenas we had to travel to for WGI performances in Cincinnati and Dayton.

We usually love staying at Hyatt hotels but this hotel was not nice. There was mold in our bathroom, the service when checking in was not good, the lobby was not clean, they did not refill the water at the breakfast station, the parking lot was taped off, and the bed was uncomfortable

The pool was too cold for us to even get in, and pool room was cold when we first walked in. I heard another guest ask the front desk person, and they were told the pool stops heating at round 7pm (pool closes at 10pm) and that's the way it's set up / can't be changed. We would have loved to but were not able to enjoy the pool for the 2 nights we stayed in the hotel.

Nice location for my needs, very clean room, friendly staff, while there seemed to have a number of guests, the noise level was fine.

Great hotel with awesome location connected to the convention center. Clean, large room. Restaurant in lobby, and heard from a fellow conference attendee that the food was really good.

I like this location because it is right off of the expressway. The hotel and it's surroundings are quiet. There isn't a lot of street noise. Highlight is the wonderful brewery across the street.

Celebrating Early Childhood education and staying at the Sharonville Hyatt Play is always a wonderful stay. I appreciate the staff members and the managers. The food was delicious.

Everything was awesome except for the indoor pool which wasn't heated. I wish the pool was heated so my kids would have had the best experience.

We are World of Hyatt members and have stayed at several Hyatt this year. The Hyatt Places have not been nice. We've stayed in them in past years and didn't have this many issues. Hyatt Place Sharonville was clean and newer but we had many issues. In the room, there was no shower curtain even though there is a bath/shower combo with a shower rod. We called down for on because water was getting all over the floor and was told by front desk that they didn't have any shower curtains! All the lights and plugs between the beds didn't work. At the pool there were 11 lights off. Out of 16 lights, only 5 worked. It was dark and loud in there. If one person talked, it sounded like they were using a microphone. The hotel appears to have been updated recently so except for the issues above, it did not seem rundown. We went down to breakfast at 8am and the food was just warm. There wasn't a lot left but they did finally refill around 820am. The milk was sour and the eggs were not good but the sausage and waffles were good.

Great hotel with lots of things by it. Staff was friendly and responsive. Breakfast was good and adequate. Had a charging station for electric car.

The room was great. The bed was comfy and cozy. The hotel is great for a stay cation. It's in a prime location which makes getting around quite easy,also it's not far from downtown Cincinnati. Book your next stay at Hyatt Place in Sharonville you won't regret it.

Very comfortable, spacious and quiet room wonderfully located connected to convention center. Breakfast was ok but there's not a lot to eat for someone gluten-free. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was very positive which I assume means they have good management.

This was such a disappointing trip. The room was not cleaned, a light bulb was out and never replaced, and the blinds were too small for the window. The shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were never refilled. The staff was unable to handle the breakfast crowd. This was a place we were forced to stay for a sports tournament. But there were several other sports teams staying there. The breakfast time was so short, and never enough for athletes.
