We enjoyed our staying. Clean place and excellent customer service. Breakfast was delicious. A lot of good restaurants around the place.

This hotel could use a lot of improvements. It’s pretty mediocre. The “restaurant” is nothing close to what is advertised. Room was not thoroughly cleaned. Iron did not work.

I liked the location but the hotel needs to upgrades/renovate their room(s) so old and poor breakfast based on my experience...

This is a great hotel for families. The location is close to Legoland and other coastal areas. The staff are very helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. There is ample parking and the swimming pool was clean and comfortably heated. They have a good size gym for workout.

Staff and front desk was very courteous, however the hotel is not in good condition, it seems very old and need serious upgrades. Sofas, rug, and chairs in the lobby and in dinning area are stained badly, bathrooms are not clean. Rooms are also in similar condition. Breakfast was below standard.

Easy to get too and out in the country...quite refreshing! Had a little confusion with our reservation but once I showed the confirmation paperwork the front desk agent she was accommodating.

Appreciated that the room could accommodate a family of 6. Pool was a nice temp. Same things at breakfast every day but there were enough options that it wasn’t a big deal.

This hotel was very family friendly! We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa so everyone had plenty of room. Breakfast was great to start the day and my kids loved having the pool to play in at the end of the day. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. If we return to the area, we will stay here again!

bad experience.... not enough towel.. not enough food at breakfast...non-working pool gate.. don't understand why this hotel is worse than other value and cheaper hotel/motel.

Staff wasn’t very friendly in comparison to other Hyatt’s I have stayed at. Breakfast was disappointing due to the hotel running out of items nearly everyday. Or being told they would not replenish something at 8:45am when breakfast ended at 9am. With this hotel being so close to Legoland, lots of families are to be expected. I would have expected to have food replenished until the closing time of breakfast. I do enjoy staying at Hyatt’s and will continue to do so, but I will choose another Hyatt in San Diego for my next trip.
