Room was dirty, staff was rude, offers for accommodating low quality offering were not executed. I would have had a better, more clean accommodation experience if I had stayed at a Motel 6.

Our stay was subpar compared to visits at other Hyatt Place properties. Most of the staff was rude - they rushed through every interaction and acted inconvenienced when we asked for anything. The floor and room smelled of burnt electrical wiring and persisted through our entire stay. The air conditioning in the room was extremely loud to the point that it would wake you up throughout the night. The breakfast was disappointing - it appeared that the room that hosted the breakfast was messy and the food options were unappetizing.

The staff went beyond expectations and were very pleasant I would recommend this Hyatt Place and would stay here again. In the midst of construction on Hwy so plan ahead for time schedule

It was clean and comfortable, but not anything overly fancy. It's conveniently located to restaurants and attractions. I would stay again.

The room was large and clean. The breakfast was the best I’ve had in a hotel in a very long time and we’ve recently stayed in half a dozen hotels. Kudos!

Quiet and clean hotel close to Garden of the Gods. Great breakfast and staff are responsive to any issues. Parking to accommodate moving trucks like a U-Haul was helpful.

Wow! My expectations as a Globalist were exceeded. The team went above and beyond to recognize my parent's 60th wedding anniversary with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco, a card signed by multiple team members and a congratulations multiple times during their stay. AJ and Joanna were exceptional! Thank you!

Overall, decent experience. The beds are definitely too small; full size and was expecting queen size at the very least. Breakfast was good! The pillows were not fluffy at all and had hard time falling asleep. We had 4 people in our party; 2 adults/2 children. The bathroom sink area and shower area were very small. Not enough room for more than 1 person getting ready. Restaurants very close by!

The room was very clean and a decent size. It had everything I needed (clean towels, hot shower, a place to hang clothes, desk, chair, couch, bed). The heating/cooling worked well. I was able to check in as soon as I arrived. I needed to check out at 3:30am on my departure day to make my flight, and I was afraid I would have to wait for someone to come to the desk, but they were nearby and the checkout process was no wait at all. My only complaints are that the lighting in the room was too dim and the bathroom was quite small.

Seriously comfy hotel, not a thing wrong. Not dated at all! Sure, the little "store" and bar are small, but they still have great room service! The bed made me sleep hard, it was very quiet, and the shower was nice and hot. Loved it, would stay there again!
