Great hotel
The hotel is in a great location and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The helped me set up the shuttle right at check in with no problems.

Wonderful experience
The location was near plenty of terrific dining options. We also had a short drive to the airport. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed and professional. We loved our room. The layout felt like a lovely suite and the AC was amazing.

Great place to stay!
Great location! Large, clean room. Attentive staff. Incredible breakfast choices. Not far from Ohio Stadium. Would definitely stay again — highly recommend.

Concert at Nationwide stay.
Very good overall. Nice place to stay if going to events at Nationwide, Grandview or Downtown. No issues or complaints. Nice rooms, clean and roomy. Breakfast good.

When your stay is meh
Comfortable facility, pricier than the local competition but starting to look worn as well.it is definitely more comfortable and a better night,s rest.

Disappointing Hyatt Place
Overall not as good an experience as I've had with other Hyatt Place. 1 of 2 elevators not working for four days with no apparent efforts to fix it. Six story hotel with softball teams, a nearby convention and other traffic meant one elevator not enough. The "business center" was non-functional for me; I just wanted to print 1-2 page documents (5 in total). The staff overall was ok, but not cordial or friendly and almost did not speak! The breakfast food, especially the sausage and french toast sticks were dismal. I did not eat there after the first morning, although the breakfast was complementary.

Thankfully, after multiple days of waiting on parts and coordination with the 3rd party service provider, the elevator issue has been corrected. Great hotel in an up and coming area.
Wonderfully clean and modern hotel in an area that also looks very new. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is free and very close by. The area is very nice and new, a 5 minute drive outside of downtown. There is a great bar/grill right next door.

This Place is looking a bit tired
This hotel is starting to show its age. The location is great. The available parking is exceptional. The reception staff were friendly. The printer was out of order, so we could not print our boarding passes. The lack of availabile housekeeping was frustrating.

Great hotel!
Amazing location! We were in town for Sonic Temple and this hotel was close but the perfect distance away! The staff were very nice and informative. Room was clean and a great little getaway from home! Highly recommend

Fantastic hotel, with great amenities
We stayed here for Ohio State graduation and it was a fabulous choice. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious and quiet. The breakfast buffet is very good and has lots of options to choose from. Probably the best amenity of this hotel is the shuttle that drops off at the Target parking lot and picks up anytime after the graduation ceremony until 10 PM with just a phone call. It’s as close as you’ll get to the stadium, which is completely blocked off to all traffic except for folks who are parking in the handicapped lots. The staff is friendly as well, and there’s plenty of parking in a covered lot across from the hotel. Being so close to campus, this hotel is definitely a pricier option than some of their other locations but it is 100% worth it, especially for graduation weekend.

Kid movie charge
I was charged a $57 charge for movies that the kids somehow ordered. Inwas not happy about that at all. I feel like they need to have a code to order movies when kids are a part of the stay.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel and a good location with free easy parking and a free good full breakfast. Nice pool for the kids and a small but nice gym. A lot of places to eat in the area also.

Great stay
This hotel has a super friendly staff. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming The rooms are a little smaller than we expected but they are clean and comfortable beds.

Spacious accommodations but sound travels
Sound really travels between rooms. Didn't feel very private. The room is comfortable and very spacious. Loved the couch. Fridge was not working, but set perishables on the balcony off my room which was cold enough. I generally enjoyed my stay at the hotel and felt very comfortable in the room. Worked some from the desk. Again, very spacious room. Best part by far.

Great overall stay
This location is very convenient for patients of local medical facilities (OSU Medical). The room was comfortable with the separate couch seating area. However, there's not enough of a separation from the bed location to prevent a sleeper from being disturbed by a late night reader as neither of the couch lights couldn't be adjusted and the privacy wall was opaque. My daughter used the hotel shuttle to her appointment so that was nice. Breakfast was average (fake eggs, lukewarm oatmeal) but was overall satisfactory. Staff was friendly and efficient. We didn't get to use the pool as renovation hadn't been completed. Parking was was lit in an adjacent parking garage. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay
I always pick the hyatt when I need to stay overnight close to work in inclement weather. It is always a great experience. The rooms are lovely. The beds are super comfortable. The breakfast is great. The staff are always so welcoming and helpful.

Great stay!
We stayed for a wedding and the room was very comfortable. Great staff and complimentary breakfast. Quick and early check-in was a plus.

Priorities????
Experienced no one at the front desk during check in and shuttle departure. I had a great shuttle ride to my conference in the morning. I was told to call the hotel for pick up after my conference. At the time of the callback I was then told that a Wedding Party booked the shuttle the entire evening. HUH???? Had to make private arrangements instead. Only to find the shuttle in the parking lot when I returned and stayed there until I left. Perhaps a secondary shuttle should be arranged so the rest of your other guests cannot be ignored.

Very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful
The location was convenient for the Paul McCartney and the free shuttle to the venue was an added bonus. The hotel and room were very clean and the mattress was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept on. In fact, the front desk said they sell them off the website, so we plan to check into it.
