The staff is always friendly and hospitable. The hotel is located in a convenient area that is close to downtown Charlotte and also close to Anne Springs Greenway which is a great place to walk and relax. The room was nice and clean. They are in the process of renovating but everything was still available. Lucy is always friendly and provides great customer service.
